It is the worst place in the entire sector to withdraw, they leave you waiting for more than half an hour, and the application delivery people leave them waiting as if their time is not worth it, terrible place, I do not recommend it.

This is my neighborhood Wingstop, and I used to get frustrated with how long orders take, because I'd normally order to go or get delivery, but after sitting here to have dinner and watching the staff and traffic, my perspective changed. The team here deserves kudos and recognition! They are constantly slammed, and they are caring and provide excellent customer service while they crank those orders out. There's a bit of a wait, but that's only because we're so used to instant gratification. The wait is a small price to pay for great service and fresh wings that are delicious every time! Thanks!!

Terrible. Took 45 minutes and the fries were not even lukewarm, the wings were way overcooked to the point that the meat was so dry that it was hard to eat, and the sauce was just poured on top of them in the container. Not sure how a restaurant that specializes in wings can get them so wrong, but alas, that’s what happened. First and last visit here.

The worse customer service, they can not handle when its busy, they look under staffed. The place looked dirty, we just left! Drove to Fullerton location, much better!

Ordered from their app. It said 16-21 minutes for the order to be ready. Showed up after 20 minutes. The person at the register said about 10 more minutes. Talking with the other customer waiting it was more likely going to be another 30 minutes. It took 56 minutes to get my food. There were people who actually ordered in the store while I was there and got there food before me. Absolutely horrible service. Wingstop needs to fix their app so they can give a realistic wait time.

Ordered Saturday around 6pm , fries were over cooked and super crunchy almost like chips , chicken was rushed and not cooked through , ordered hot lemon and only received Buffalo sauce . Initially when I called the girl told me the wait time would be 40 mins , got there in 20 minutes and food was done . I was impressed , until me and my family attempted to eat it . Called to see if we could get fresher fries , she said her manager checked our order , and it was fine . Asked to speak to manager , she told us to bring the food in untouched and they would redo the order . This is after we sampled the fries and chicken . There was no solution to our problem. I started to go in and give them a piece of my mind . But I find it better to write a review ! Horrible managing skills , this is unacceptable. No Stars !!!!
