Hi, this is updated review, i just went to use the bathroom an i badly needed to go, also i cane in today just to fill my hydro flask to get water, one the employers was very rude, snarky an literally yelled, stating you cannot use bathroom & have to make sure to asks in the future, an that i can't fill my water? Whats wrong with these ppl, not like we live in nyc or L.A was genuinely rude an disregared my own well being. Never come to this wingstopp to pee or ear here. Worst one by far, Took long had a moblie order placed had me wait 20 plus minutes when i originally put a in person order at 4:40 pm got order till 5:16. Will not be coming back avoid at all costs.& Had to rebook an uber home smh!!

I paid for 20 wings and they gave me 14. The order specifically said 16 OG hot and 4 lemon pepper. Spent $50 and 45 minutes waiting for my food. Giant waste of time and money.

The food was ready when I got there, it was hot & stayed hot until I got home. This location has better tasting food than the other one I have been to.
Called to inquire about my online order while the store was still open, and the person who answers says “we’re closed” and hung up. No intro, no hello or anything. I understand it was 15 minutes until closing but I was just calling with a quick question. Completely rude.

This store takes way to long to prepare orders. 45min is a long time.
I am a repeat customer and the food is delicious but nothing spectacular. In the service, both as a customer and as a Doordash driver, the staff is not friendly, they always have a bad face, they put a lot of pressure on the drivers as if we were “stealing” the orders when that is why we work to earn money. I don't understand why his bad attitude. I understand it's their job but in other branches the service is much better.
