Not sure about the pizza yet as we haven't had Pizza Hut for years due to quality but Chris is an amazing employee. I will update on the food later but this gentleman was helpful and patient. I hope the pizza is better than a couple years ago.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, it was supposed to be extra cheese. It arrived delivered in 12 minutes when the time was estimated at 25. In that aspect it seemed too good to be true, which it was. They delivered a pizza someone else didn't come for that had been sitting out. It did not have extra cheese but what it most definitely had was bacteria from lack of freshness. Me and my friend had 2 slices each and it didn't sit right, it was overly greasy and my friend got violently I'll. Currently I'm driving him home from the hospital with a severe case of food poisoning. I understand it was a Friday night but the fact they would show such negligence and disrespect for a paying customer blows my mind. Tried to have a nice pizza night and ended up at the hospital.

Ordered 2 large 1 topping and 2 dozen wings . When I got there to pick up I learned my order was $84.00....... $84.00 for Pizza hut ? You got me this time but I will never be back again , good luck with your business HaHaHa

Literally placed an order on the phone and lady gave me price and everything over phone then said ready in 15-20 min to pick up went to pick it up on my lunch break and they said oh she's here but she didn't place the order. Checked the number and everything to verify same place and they said oh yea what did you want again we can start it now. I just left this place is a straight joke

This location must have a new way of adding sauce to their pizza because it's pretty much non existent. The best we can figure is they just wave their hands over the sauce just to give the pizza a sense of having sauce, non of us could see or taste any sauce on the pizza. We would think if they are trying to cut corners it would be on toppings but to not put any sauce on it makes no sense. Perhaps they ran out of sauce? We don't but it just tasted like bread with cheese and toppings. Apparently NO SAUCE FOR US!

Was junk all crust on top 2 bites of topping only I called them back at 714-441-1444 and they said it was normal to have 2 1/2 inches of crust with no topping. Thank god we had ranch dressing to serve with the crust or we would have thrown the pizza in the trash! As it was no one wanted it after seeing it in the box. We ordered 3 large with wings and we threw half of the pizza in the trash!!!! Never again are we going to be ripped off by Pizza Hut in Fullerton.

Apparently if you get your wings dry and ask for more sauce to cover them they charge for it like ! What is your guys problem you guys don't make much money that we have to pay extra for the mistakes you guys do ridiculous .

just ordered 18 pcs wings garlic parmesan flavor but i don't even taste the flavor its like plain fried wings and put only drops of the flavor lol very disappointing poor quality service
Awful experience at this location. I ordered online at 3pm for a pick up at 630pm. Plenty of time to have my order ready! I get there and park in the curbside space and call the store per their instructions. They never answered the phone so I go inside and the worker makes a comment to me while the phones still ringing that people don't get the message he's not gonna answer it! So it's 630pm exactly, I ask for my order and he says it's not ready yet give him a few mins. I think they barely started making it when I got there because I had to wait until 655pm for my food to be ready! Ridiculous!!! Horrible service, and to top it off I get home and they made two of my pizzas wrong, smh! This place is a joke , stay far away from this Pizza Hut. I'll never give them my business again!

Lets start by saying that my experience was awful! I ordered a pizza, cheese stick and the cinnamon sticks. We all had a slice of pizza but at the end my husband decided to grab his den one slice. While chewing his pizza he felt a hard object which he immediately pulled out from his mouth. He quickly started to check what it was and guess what he found? Someone's finger nail! Yes someone's nail was in my pizza and it wasn't a acrylic nail. Seriously we all got sick to our stomach! My two year old had a slice I just can't I imagine if he would of got that slice and ate the nail since he knoWs no difference. Just don't even want to think of how clean the store is and of the People who work there. This was a disgusting experience and lets just say I've been having stomach ache jjust to think of it.

Great deals. Value on their pizza. Easy park and hop in to pick up. Closest location to us. Order online, use their deals, and rewards program, pickup at your designated time and have a good dinner. That's how Ian wants us to do it and pizza hut pizza makes him a happy camper.

It's ridiculous that they don't even take orders online or by phone any longer they are sourcing out to? India? It was crazy trying to place an order and they charge a .95 surcharge. It's becoming easier and easier to go out for Pizza - I predict this Pizza Hut will be closing soon.
