Ordered the teriyaki chicken and fried chicken. Fried chicken is not good. Was like the leftover parts of the chicken. Maybe use the chicken breast instead.

I Love too eat here, i always went to the tustin locationand moved to this location, but Every time i come in and the manager that is a big Mexican guy is the worst portion of beef on every plate he serves everytime I come here, other employees do it better than him. This time the chicken portion was great but little too no beef. Don't show up too get food when he is working. I was hoping that when they moved location that he was not brought back to this place, worst attitude from an employee too customer service

The food was delicious and okay. However, when I ordered online and picked it up, I asked for a little more ginger because I really like it. The person looked at me as if I were asking for something unreasonable and said, 'Ginger? Hmm...' she stared at me for 2-3 seconds before finally giving me two extra pieces... If there’s a limit to how much ginger you give per order, it should be written clearly, instead of making the customer feel uncomfortable. Also, please ensure that the correct phone number is posted. The phone number on Google is incorrect.

I ordered online at 1:40pm. When I went to pick up the order, there was a long line and only 1 female employee who moved slower than a sloth. Kitchen is pushing out orders and they kept piling up but she wasn't packaging them. She literally moved in slow motion and did all these other things before packing them in the bags. It was so frustrating to watch I wanted to just grab them and put it in the bag myself and get the heck outta there. Please hire at least one more employee during lunch hours. or replace with a faster person...

I ordered online today. I received my order but I was missing my soda. Tried to call the restaurant. The phone number is disconnected. I just want my refund for my soda!!!! Where can I call???

August 16, the service was excellent. The cashier Nicole was polite and professional, speak in a Professional manner, really sharp . Food was Delicious. I'll definitely a big money back.

They might have changed location, but management still sucks. Their attitude hasn't changed a bit. Owner should've hired new people at least. Location looks nice, but what's the point of having something new if the old hasn't been been removed.

UNKIND older employees. They always looks unhappy and they only gives out negative vibes and energy. Half of dining were always blocked, restroom are closed for public, and limited only 3 ginger or sometimes no ginger at all. They've been work there for over 5years, worst people to run that place, untrustworthy, and always lack of service mind.
I hope they replace those two employees who is going against all the customers. Especially, middle age chubby Mexican lady... she actually rolled her eyes. Rice isn't available right before closing 15 minutes. I never heard anywhere else but here... specially mainly serving rice bowls. It is temporary closed, but they need to hire whole new employees who isn't corrupt by old employees.
