The food was delicious and okay. However, when I ordered online and picked it up, I asked for a little more ginger because I really like it. The person looked at me as if I were asking for something unreasonable and said, 'Ginger? Hmm...' she stared at me for 2-3 seconds before finally giving me two extra pieces... If there’s a limit to how much ginger you give per order, it should be written clearly, instead of making the customer feel uncomfortable. Also, please...

August 16, the service was excellent. The cashier Nicole was polite and professional, speak in a Professional manner, really sharp . Food was Delicious. I'll definitely a big money back.

Came here and ordered a a bowl, some gyoza and some of the new Tokyo fried chicken. Got home and the chicken was missing. WTH? Food is always delicious but your staff needs to check the order before handing it off. Annoyed.
