fun place but the guy answering my phone call cut me off, said i need to call back later, then hung up on me. I've never had such a rude call with a business before.
edit: now they have their calls go straight to voicemail just a few hours later 🙄🙄

I’ve been here a few times and let me say the security always has everyone’s back! I love how spacious everything is. They always play really good music. They serve good pizza from what I hear (I’m vegan). Highly recommend for a fun night out.

I cannot recommend this bar. On the evening of Friday, June 28th my 23 year old son visited this place for its 80s night. My husband and I dropped him off about 11pm and were planning to pick him up at 2am. The black security guard was disrespectful and rude to my son. My son has high functioning autism and just wanted to have a couple of drinks and listen to good music. This security guard called my son a punk and told him something is wrong with him. My son told him that he has autism and was going to pull out a card I got him to show people proof of his diagnosis but the security guard just laughed in his face and said yeah right and kicked him out, because according to the security guard, he was taking too long to pay his tab, my son spent about $85 at bar for himself and a few girls who asked him for drinks. My husband and I picked my son up at about 1:15am
My husband and I were going to visit this place in a couple weeks but after my son's experience, we will not be visiting Ziings in the future.

Went for emo night. The music was partly emo. Then the DJ started playing goth music and alternative metal. Like The Smiths, Joy Division, and System of a Down. Those artists are nowhere near emo. Accidentally bumped into the security guard in the mosh pit. He walked straight into the middle of the mosh pit. He forcefully pulled me to the side. Got in my face and I politely asked him if he could take a step back. His breath smelled foul of marijuana. Told him I didn’t see him and it was an accident. He furthered with his rudeness and yelling in my face by threatening to throw me out. Very unprofessional to handle my nonaggressive behavior. I ended up leaving him mid-conversation because there is no reason with people who abuse their power. This place can do a better job at hiring more professional security. Overall I do find this place great for a listening party.

Had a great time here the other night! Loved the music as they had a wide and great selection to dance to. One room was 80s and the other was more hip hop and 2000s. This was on a Friday night mind you, so other nights they may play different kinds of music but I really enjoyed the stuff they had on.

Also the crowd of people that shows up here is interesting but cool. All kinds from goths to college kids.

Keep in mind, they do have a cover fee after 10:30 pm of 15$ but it’s worth it if you like the music.

I am a diligent young adult who wanted to go out with my friends. We got in line by 9:30 because their Instagram stated BEFORE 10 IS FREE. They didn't allow the line in till 10... so IT WAS ALL ABOUT GREED!!!! The bathroom just opened, and there was vomit all over. why make us wait until 10 if the place isn't even ready? Please, this kind of behavior is unkind and unfavorable. I reported this to the Fullerton Elderly Association (FEA, fea like you, TU ERES UNA FEA) the bartender disapproved of my fashion choice, it was distasteful. good day, sir.

Puka Punch: fruity, refreshing, and floral notes; it's bit smaller drink but still delivered a strong punch.

This place is closed I was hoping to come to an open mic. I drove from Long Beach. Needs to be updated.

Went last night. Started now charge $5 cover (which is not a big deal but would expect more) so I said okay maybe things are better now! First thing I noticed some kind of remodeling they did. Looks nice I'll give them that. But the place was dead, we got there like past 12...at that time you expect everywhere to be lit but not at all. The DJ was preoccupied with whomever it is he was with. If he would have been more into it all he would have noticed how ppl did not like the music he was playing. I am just saying now that they do charge I did expect a little more. But honestly from all the 10 times I have probably been here last night was the worst.

Long Island taste like water. Long kings at the bar. Other half under construction.

Not bad for my first time on a Saturday night. Cover fee was affordable, security was professional upon checking in, the music was great, residential DJs were playing a lot of good danceable music. The drinks were delicious; however, I barely tasted any alcohol (lol). Overall, I'd definitely come back.
