They have open mic nights! I think that alone merits 5 stars. That being said, they could use a little more organization. One time, this duo went up on stage and performed a very beautiful rendition of Closer by Kings of Leon. Or was it Use Somebody? Either way, it was Kings of Leon and it was a good performance. Immediately after them, this couple went up to the stage and performed the exact same song! They did good but by that point it just came off as derivative. I feel like this could have been avoided if the venue if not coordinated, at least was aware of what the acts were performing and could maybe give them a heads up and let them decide amongst themselves who gets to do Kings of Leon that night. This might be a limitation of the open mic night format but the previous week, that same couple performed that same Kings of Leon song. Talk about derivative! I kid, open mic nights are a window into the world of the few brave souls that choose to perform and I'm super thankful that Ziings does these at all.

First time here and had an awful experience. They had a regeaton night and entry was $10 per person (not too bad). I ordered two drinks and had no other interactions with the bartender. The bartender proceeds to toss the bill at me and rolls his eyes at me. As much as I wanted to toss the bill back at him, I just thanked him and left. Immediately after two men corner my friends after they repeatedly declined them. We immediately left when a man tried to pin my friend against the wall. Security was no where to be found. Y'all stay safe out there

I recently attended an 80's club night at this venue for a friend's birthday celebration. While the bartenders were busy, one of them refused to make our drink order (3 Mai Tai's), citing the long wait time for other patrons. However, another bartender kindly fulfilled our request. Overall, we enjoyed our time reliving the 80s with a cool and non-pretentious crowd.

Went last night. Started now charge $5 cover (which is not a big deal but would expect more) so I said okay maybe things are better now! First thing I noticed some kind of remodeling they did. Looks nice I'll give them that. But the place was dead, we got there like past 12...at that time you expect everywhere to be lit but not at all. The DJ was preoccupied with whomever it is he was with. If he would have been more into it all he would have noticed how ppl did not like the music he was playing. I am just saying now that they do charge I did expect a little more. But honestly from all the 10 times I have probably been here last night was the worst.

Good music for the hip hop and played throwbacks DJ was good drinks were good didn’t pay for it tho ;) u know what I mean ;)) overall good experience it’s free before a certain time also did get free pizza!

I recently visited Ziings Bistro & Bar with a group of friends, and we had an amazing time! The atmosphere is lively and fun, with a great mix of music and a friendly staff. The drink menu was also impressive, with a wide variety of cocktails, beer, and wine to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the craft cocktails, which were unique and well-crafted.

Do not come to this place. It is super whack. I went in there the other night for my friends birthday and the place was empty. It's literally A square box with a bar on one side, and a DJ corner in the other. There was one little corner booth space with a bench only that held maybe five people sitting down. I only went there because there was no cover charge and it was my friends birthday so I did not pick the place. The bar like I said was super empty and half of the bar was our birthday party. We had been there about 20 minutes and this tall white good looking bartender was a complete asshole to one of the guys in our party and said he needed to calm down or we were going to be kicked out. Everything got kind of escalated real quickly and security made us walk out. I told them we're literally half of your bar right now, what is going on. Anyway, we walked outside, and a few minutes later security came and said we were good to go back in. There was only two bartenders, only a few people in there, floor was super sticky and wet full of drinks. Music was completely random, went from hip-hop to Hispanic music to all over the place. Anyway, the first bartender was cool short, Hispanic man, and he was making good drinks. A couple hours later when I had that tall white guy make my drinks, he charged me more and then tried to give me pushback and then said it was because he used a bigger cup. The drink was more expensive and wasn't even the same drink that I wanted. I would never go back here again. There are so many other bars in Fullerton, this place is just embarrassing and I don't know why it was there.no wonder they don't charge
