Very pretty interior, plants well cared for. Super friendly owner, we got to talk with her while waiting for our food. Food matched or exceeded the price, asian-fusion flavors and fresh ingredients used to their full potential, and still just a satisfying lunch. Resets my view of a 5-star establishment.

The food was delicious! Loved our Lemongrass sandwich which tasted like a banh mi. They also have a nice selection of teas and flavored sparkling drinks. The outdoor seating area is cute. Lastly, the staff is really nice as well!
Would highly recommend this spot.

Don't miss this place on the North Coast where decent restaurants are far and few between. This place is amazing, a true hidden gem in the small town of Garberville! This is the perfect place to stop for a meal that will fill you up and leave you feeling great for the day ahead. Everything is made with high quality ingredients (they use avocado oil! instead of low quality canola oil). The meats are high quality, (they use grass-fed beef), the vegetables are fresh and vibrant.
I feel good every time I eat here, which is a few times a week. They usually have a few prepped salads, fresh fruit and Shawarma wraps from the grab and go case, but their wait times for warm rice or noodle bowls and their gourmet sandwiches and sliders is never very long. You can count on getting in and out in about 15-20 minutes. Call ahead and they will have your order ready when you get there.
The people that work here are friendly, helpful and accommodating. If you have dietary restrictions, they will work with you. All the sauces are gluten free, and you can sub tofu for any of the bowls if you are a vegetarian.
Their flavors are amazing, I especially recommend their red curry noodle bowl, and the stir fry rice bowl... ask for the Garlic Ginger sauce aka "GG sauce" it's not on the menu, but it makes for an epic bowl.
Vegetarian options: You can make any of the bowls vegetarian by asking to sub tofu for the protein. I love the stir fry rice bowl and the red curry noodle bowl. My daughter loves the inari (Japanese rice pockets).

The Wife and I stopped in and had the chicken sandwich and the surf and turf fried rice. My rice was super flavorful with a variety of veggies, a delicious and fresh upgrade from the run of the mill bag of frozen peas, carrots, corn that most places serve. My wife enjoyed her chicken sandwich which was perfectly cooked, chicken was moist and not greasy. Service was friendly and fast.
I was extremely pleased with the quality of food served here. ? Yummers!!!!! Quite possibly the best meal I've ever had in Humboldt. We tried the Mango Curried rice bowl ? and the Shrimp Stir-fry; Both of which were out of this wordl.- Looking for to going back already

The ginger shrimp Inari was amazing, recommended to me by one of the employees. The shrimp fried rice was also delicious. The salad was pretty good and the cookies were pretty good too. My fave by far was the Inari as I has never had it before and now will be on the lookout for it on menus! Kinda bummed I'll probably not be back in the area to eat here again. The people working were very nice and personable, and we were able to eat on the patio w our dog w us, which is a bonus.

I normally don’t post reviews but the Lost Coast Market was an absolute gem and I hope these words encourage others to give it a try.We stopped on our way to San Fran while driving along the 101. The food was so, so good. Had some chicken sliders, inari, bao buns and a grilled cheese between the three of us. The food was fresh and flavorful. The service was fantastic. Can’t say enough good things!
