I haven’t experienced this place yet but my sisters rave about their coconut coffee. I came to check it out and noticed it was closed. I called and no answer. I would call before visiting because you might also find it closed. I’m waiting for it to reopen to try the coconut coffee!

Hot honey lemon tea and an iced Vietnamese coffee. Both were great and the the area is so nice to walk and enjoy the drink. Would definitely recommend.

Simple little cafe with great drink options. I love their selection of board games available for you to use. It’s nice to arrive when it’s not busy because the inside is quiet, but can get noisy easily.

This place is WAYY better than the “ Phuc Long” that’s right next door for drinks. They have more of a variety and the taste is just perfect! The service is amazing and quick as well. I would definitely come again to this place more!! i definitely recommend! :)

Tried this place for the first time and was beyond disappointed with their regular hot coffee. It was like drinking water. We went as a group of 4 and every single one of us made a face when we took our first sip. We couldn't finish it and couldn't believe we were charged for "water". The coffee shop across the street didn't have outdoor seating that day, so we were directed here. 102 Cafe outdoor area was dusty and dirty so we just gave up, took a few sips and left. The majority must order their specialty drinks but I always decide a coffee shop's quality based on their simplest item, not masked in cream and sugar.

My husband and I have never had Vietnamese coffee before, so having our first experience here was such a treat! The coffee was phenomenal! Some of the best tasting stuff I have ever had. We plan on making our coffee runs as much as possible to this place.
