My experience hasn't good either took forever to get things ordered and ready. Morning crew needs to do better.

Count your money one of the lady cashier didn't give the right change. I needed change for 100 and she kept the 20 herself. I had to tell my husband to go back and tell her to give me my damn 20 and she looked at me through the windows. Man you shouldn't be a cashier if you can't count. She knew.

Jasmine milk tea was really sweet, despite getting easy sweet option. I asked if I could get even easier sweet, but when they remade it, it just tasted like watered down sugar ;(

7 leaves makes their drinks wayy too sweet now, and don’t let us change the sugar levels. Almost every single drink I’ve tried lately has been a little too sweet for comfort: summer mint, sunset passion, green Thai tea, jasmine milk tea, and herbal tea (especially this drink). I even decided to try the jasmine milk tea again today, easy sweet, and it was still super sweet. When I mentioned it to the staff they made me a new one (thankfully), but it just tasted like watered down sugar… where is the jasmine tea in the jasmine milk tea?
They dont even let us change the sugar for the fruit tea drinks like sunset passion and summer mint, despite being more intentionally tart drinks to begin with. And the milk tea, easy sweet options are still too sweet. I’m not even sure how many grams of sugar they’re putting in their drinks because they don’t have a nutrition page on their website!! A bit concerning tbh!!
It seems they premake their drinks and put cane sugar or sugar rocks in their tea while it’s still hot. At least they’re not putting artificial sugars in their drinks, but maybe they can also premake batches of tea without sugar to add to the drinks to allow for more versatile sugar customization, and focus more on tea flavor/ quality!!

Seven Leaves’ strawberry zest drink really missed the mark for me—harsh flavor and hard to finish. Definitely one I’ll be skipping next time. Their Thai tea was also a letdown: overly sweet with none of the rich, creamy aroma Thai tea is known for. It’s supposed to be smooth, but theirs fell flat.

7-Eleven is super convenient and always open when you need something quick. The store is clean, staff are friendly, and there’s a good selection of snacks, drinks, and daily essentials. Great spot for a quick stop!”

I stopped by this 7 Leaves tonight to get a Jasmine Milk Tea for my wife. I found parking easily here on a Friday night. When I walked inside, there was only 1 guest ahead of me. I ordered 2 large Jasmine Milk Tea for my wife and asked for easy ice, easy sweet. I give them my name and went to wait for my order. I looked at their macarons but it didn't appeal to me. It didn't take them long to make my order but when it was ready, I saw they didn't do easy ice. The ice was almost half of the large cup so I was disappointed. You are basically not getting your money worth here. If you ask for no ice, they'll probably give you less drink in the cup.
Vegetarian options: I don't think they have Vegetarian dishes here.
Parking: There was plenty of parking spots here when I came tonight
