I really love the oolong milk tea at 7 leaves but today i was disappointed,it didn't taste like oolong milk tea but tasted like mixed oloong and mung bean and little strange,the crystal boba was old,i don't know how to explain how strange was it. I tried to complete my drink but no,i only drank 1/2 and threw away. But however i loved the way the staffs were nice to the customer. Maybe I'll be back for another my fav drink "house coffee ".

Service is fast, never had to wait for more than 3 minutes to get my drink. Even on busy days. There's a longer wait time if you go in around 9-10 am but that's to be expected.

I love all 7leaves locations! I love how all the drinks are consistent at all locations because I can always fix my 7leaves cravings wherever I am, luckily they are expanding and I hope they keep opening more locations! I came here to study and stayed for 4 hours and it was a great environment to do work at. The cashier was very nice taking my order and I also did an online order while I was in store and it came out fairly quick. I was so happy to finally try their snacks because the 7leaves location near me doesn't have the food options. I was pleasantly surprised with how crispy and tasty their garlic fries were. Great boba and great fries!

My review will be on the service only because it sucks. We ordered one online drink and it took literally 35 min to make it because they forgot to make it. The first time I asked why my drink is taking long, the guy said oh it will take a while even before he asked for my name. Ok so I waited....then I checked a second time and the manager Jasmine grabbed a receipt so I assumed she knew who I was and she said, yours has jelly in it not boba. Ok right. So I waited and waited....30 min went by still nothing. I went up to check a 3rd time and the cashier said they haven't even started to make it yet? Wtf!???? What the hell have I been checking for and whose receipt was Jasmine the manager looking at when she was talking to me???? Horrible! Horrible service!!! They have one job to do, ONE! The worst service that I have ever experienced at any drink shop. Never go to this location! They used to be good a loooong time ago but lately, service had been sucking. If you filter all their most recent reviews, you'll see what I mean.

Jasmine/ Jazmin/ etc. the manager, who was working today on February 25, 5pm, does a horrible job running the 7Leaves establishment. I ordered here and waited 50 minutes for my single order drink. It's ridiculous.

I never write reviews, but I am beyond disgusted with my experience today. I found hair inside my drink... first of all, I came when they first opened and there's only two people working the morning rush. I was the second one to order and waited 16 mins to get two drinks... they were prioritizing the mobile order first, and the people who ordered inside had to wait a long time. When I got to work I was drinking my coffee... and saw a small black hair inside my coffee. I thought it was hair outside the cup, but I took out the lid and found the hair hanging around the sea cream. Disgusting... I will never go back to this location.

This location is ALWAYS out of honey boba. Food can't be ordered online which is also disappointing. Staff can be friendly, it's a hit or miss. Usually hard to find a place to sit as well.

I HONESTLY love this drink HANDS DOWN. The matcha soy was delicious and not too sweet. 7 leaves is my go to spot for amazing beverages. They have refreshers, milk tea, and coffee. The service was fast & employee is nice and friendly. I got the matcha soy and they have $1 off if you sign up with them. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. It is an excellent place to study. I would definitely come back here.
