By far the worst Alfredo ive ever had. Not sure how you can mess up Alfredo this bad but you truly aint no Italian restaurant. My 10yr old niece would make a better Alfredo than this. It was a soup with pasta in it, not Alfredo. And the bread was BURNT. And all their food pictures was literally AI generated on Doordash. Biggest Alfredo scam. Expensive doesn’t taste good. Not worth it.
Good value and portion. Spicy pepperoni flatbread is great.
Food: I got the Truffle Linguine mushroom with spinach, onion, and garlic added in. It's okay. The truffle flavors were muted and not because it's authentic truffle but because the truffle oil is likely diluted in all the other cream or fats. I have no complaints other than it came off a little bland and did not have very many complex aromatic flavors that would be expected in truffle + onion/garlic dishes. It's a fine recommendation for any vegetarians. Besides this they have other pasta dishes and flatbread. They have vegetarian options which is nice. Worth a return visit but nothing to write home about.
Service - good, no criticisms. It's a food hall/hub style "order and pickup" when your buzzer rings. Nice employees.
Ambiance - as jt's in Steelcraft, this place was bound to have amazing ambiance.

I'm not kidding when I say I haven't had a better pasta.. Their portions are huge and I would be lying if I say I don't think about eating at this place like once a week. I get the creamy pesto with burrata and it is absurdly good. Enjoy the vibes of SteelCraft and go get yourself some delicious pasta this place is great.
Vegetarian options: There is no vegan meat to add to dishes to my knowledge but pasta is pasta and you can make what you want it is heaven for a vegetarian pasta lover.
Parking: Very easy to find and very easy to park at.
Kid-friendliness: There's a playing area for kids in the Steel Craft which is the eatery in which Al Dente is located in.

Heard that a new vendor occupied one of the spots in Steelcraft GG so I knew I had to stop by and try it out. I don't particularly crave pasta often but when I do, I want something creamy. My choice is usually alfredo, carbonara or pesto. I liked that they have options that are pre-set and they also have a customizable option. I really wanted to try the burrata pesto pasta but it seemed like they took that out of their pre-set menu, so I customized my own. I ended up spending close to $20 because I added chicken and mushrooms to my order. It was very delicious and I liked how generous portions were. As to whether this is authentic Italian pasta, I don't eat enough pasta to say anything about it but I enjoyed my meal.

The food was delicious. I got the sausage and peppers in a pinck sauce with linguine. Steelcraft is a great place to eat. Lots of options.

We had the ravioli pasta and the clam chowder bread bowl — except they were out of bread bowls so just the clam chowder in a cup, with a side of a single piece of garlic bread. While the bread was good it was tiny and the clam chowder was so runny it was almost not eatable, was able to only eat part of it. The ravioli was OK, but was salty and since the entree (I think it was $16) did not come with any sides it got old quick. Would not go back. The Steelcraft food hall looks nice and has a nice vibe, but most of the food is bland and very open-priced, not really worth it

This place is amazing. Good variety of pasta choices. Flatbread where flavorful and delicious. The make your own pasta is pretty neat. Pasta was well cook and had the right amount of sauce and seasoning. The bread bowl was soup in bread bowl, was delicious.
had to pee outside when the restrooms were all locked-up during business hours. there was nobody to provide help. I'm sure the health department and PD will love to hear about this.
