The noodles are authentic of the Hue style. They only have the bun Bo hue, and it's good.

Had the bun bo hue and the bone marrow here! Huge portion for a good price! Bone marrow was $4.99 and I got 3 pieces of bones filled with delicious marrow. Service was fast and attentive. I hear others say that the broth is salty but I find it pretty flavorful. You can use the veggies and lime to balance it out. I'll be back again!

Even though the rating is a 3 1/2 stars rating. i gave it a shot with a mixed feeling ... ? ordered mo lan bbh dac biet and beef bone marrow . agreed with some review that the broth a little bit on the salty side . but it was very tasty because of a lot of bone marrow and beef were cooked , therefore it made it tasty , another word , the broth was cooked enough meat and bones . the bowl was just right size , not too big , not too small . the bone marrow was so rich and tasty ,,,, yum . service was good , food is a solid 4 stars , bone marrow and service bumped up another star , overall is a 5 stars , tried and true . sign KE O MIEN XA .

The bbh here is really good and flavorful and they give u a good big portion. Lots of fresh veggies as well. They are located in the same place as koc crawfish which can be confusing at first but they serve bbh during the day. They don't take credit card even tho they have the machine there they always tell me it's broken lol instead u can zelle them if u dont have cash. Service is good and attentive

Don’t order here. I ordered takeout for myself and 11 coworkers, for dinner. When we warmed it up at home that night, the soup went rancid. All 12 orders. What gives?

Oh, where do I begin with Mo Lan and their "legendary" Bun Bo Hue? It's like attending a concert where the only instrument is a triangle - one-note and utterly forgettable. The salty saga of the broth could give the Dead Sea a run for its money. I expected a symphony of flavors but ended up with a silent movie instead. Now, about the beef. Calling it rubbery would be an insult to rubber. It's as if the chef moonlights as a bouncer and decided to tenderize the meat with a stare rather than a mallet. You could probably make a decent shoe sole out of it - durable and utterly devoid of taste. As for the price, they certainly charge as though each bowl comes with a side of treasure map. But the only treasure I found was the lesson that not all that glitters is gold, especially not here. The small forest of veggies provided was so sparse, a single bunny could've left it barren. And the MSG? I'm pretty sure I had a psychic vision of my ancestors after the first spoonful, and they were all waving their hands telling me to put the spoon down. This restaurant is the place to be for those who enjoy culinary roller coasters with more dips than highs. It's perfect for thrill-seekers who like to live dangerously on the edge of tastelessness. In summary, if you're someone whose palate craves the excitement of blandness, or if you've ever thought, "I wish this food tasted more like water," then Mo Lan's Bun Bo Hue is your grail quest. For the rest of us who enjoy our taste buds and have a healthy respect for our blood pressure, our culinary journey continues elsewhere, far from the shores of the Bun Bo Brothless Sea.

Chỗ này ăn giống Việt Nam nhất OC. This is as close to authenticity as you can get. I have been trying many places that sell bun bo, this hits home! If you want a bowl of bun bo that's close to the one in Vietnam, this would be the place!

Recently discovered this spot for bun Bo hue. Their Bun Bo hue is delicious and filled with decent amount of meat and toppings. I've only had it to-go but they do have dining service. The place is small but nice; it's cash only though.

This place checks all the boxes for what I feel bún bò should taste like. Very good!!! Simple service too.

The BEST Bun Bo Hue I have had outside of Vietnam! The broth is very flavorful, quantity is good for the price, and great selection of veggies on the side! If you are in Orange County for a visit and have to choose one place for BBH, I'd 100% recommend this place! Make sure you also order the beef marrow bowl on the side for $4.99! Service was top-notch as well. Very attentive server. I am a BBH fan my whole life and definitely think this place is a hidden gem that everyone should try in the OC area!

Bun Bo Hue Mo Lan is so terrible. Not only it's so salty, it has no flavor of Bun Bo Hue. A respectable restaurant should not collect money from customers and provide poor tasting food like that.... Just avoid Bun Bo Hue from this place!

Idk why everyone recommended this place for Bun Bo tho? Was is good? Yes it was but it wasn't that flavor or the smell of Bun Bo, like that broth for different dishes . Salty and oily, I had to add 2 slice of limes to rebalance the taste...but at least the bone marrow bowl was good
