Came to this location for the first time and it was empty, which we like. I tried the Dubai Chocolate ice cream for the first time and it is now my new favorite.
Daughter got one of the “Creature Creations” with cotton candy ice cream, but the worker just made it without telling us that they didn’t have any of the chocolate candy that comes with it (which is the main reason she gets it) and still charged us the full price for it. Didn’t even say anything until we asked why it was missing. So overall 2 ⭐️

I went to find it online, and the price I wanted was $29.99. We can't use the same product $29.99. The staff asked for $45.00 On your website, the price $29.99. Why did you have to ask for 45.00? They said they couldn't give $29.99 because they told me owner all different of the store even if it was the same bask in Robbie. So I went to another store i gat those same one for $ 29.99 this store ( 1646 katella ave Anaheim. I Never go to this place naver ever 😡 they 👎

Store hours say 11pm. Arrived at 10:25 and place was closed down while the crew hung out outside… ridiculous

Store hours are incorrect. Says they’re open until 11pm, but arrive at 10:20pm and the place is locked down like a jail. No clue what their actual hours are.
It was 930 pm and they were kicking me and my boys out just so they can clean early and close on time. No where was that posted the tue inside dinning area closes early. The girl was rude on top of that.

Great place. Amazing customer service. I rarely ever eat ice cream because I'm lactose intolerance but it's definitely a go to spot for a date or any occasions. The cake selection looks delicious.
I will never go to this place again. The lady who, according to me, is the “manager” or who I know has a bad manner, went to order a cake and being a customer of this place for years, they had always done a good job for me but I had the misfortune. This weekend I ran into that lady who kept saying that the cake couldn't be made the way I was asking for it and she said everything but when she isn't even the baker, they don't want to work as if she were the one. the only nevéria where they make cakes please!! But I went to another Baskin Robbins and there they treated me wonderfully and made my cake just the way I wanted it. The lady there was super friendly and professional in her work. She does have ethics and knows how to treat a customer.
