How does an ice cream parlor run out of ice cream ? Especially strawberry and chocolate. How does an ice cream parlor say they don’t provide simples in a high end hotel. (The great wolf lodge) especially when they run out of the requested flavors. 1 star customer service

The ice cream quality isn’t bad it’s actually pretty good but this one worker just made the whole experience bad. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I don’t know what her name is but she was an African American lady on the heavier side in her 30s maybe. You could just tell she hated her job and hated working there. She came out while another worker was helping us and she yelled at him to get back to the register and snatched the ice cream out of his hand and then asked him what she needed to serve. Anthony continued helping us best he could and he went to serve another ice cream while she was in the back and she came back and yelled again and did the same thing. When she served our last ice cream you could tell she was annoyed when asked a simple question and rolled her eyes when we asked for a bit more ice cream because she served very little ice cream. She was very rude to us and her co workers and was using inappropriate language AT A KIDS PLACE. There were multiple little kids around us that heard the words that she said and they easily could’ve just learned an unacceptable word to use. This is unacceptable and unnecessary behavior from an adult especially at a kid friendly place, there is absolutely no need to be cussing in front of kids over ice cream and not liking your work. God bless Anthony for dealing with her when he was just tryna do his job give him a raise fr.

This was a fun place to grab some ice cream or dessert after a day of swimming. The staff is kind and quick in getting their customers in and out so the line didn’t take long. We got ice cream but then took some cookies, a brownie and a chocolate mousse ball to go.

11 stars customer service to Isaya who assisted us at the ice cream store ! My kids were so happy to have their ice cream !
