I gave them one star for their credit card taken. Some Vietnamese restaurants dont take credit card, cash only. We ordered 6 dishes, all were bad. From the dipping fish sauce (nuoc mam), grilled "Bun Cha Ha Noi" dish, Bun Rieu, Salad etc..nothing were fresh. We were there at 11.30AM on Saturday, their restaurant was empty, we were the only eaters. We ordered some to take home, they even did not give us utensils or napkins to go with order out. Grilled meat were super dried, smelly because they were days old, being re-heated, so dark, chewey like rubber. We spent $100 or more to be angry that this restaurant has no respect for their clients. The impression we all had were they reheat the left over instead of tossing out. Nothing on their menu is under $14. The 4 eggrolls with no noodles was $15. The dipping sauce for the eggroll was water/sugar/super lite yellow color (like tea color), no lime/lemon, no chili. I do cook. I wont eat there even they are free at cost. I hope the owner of this restaurant do read my review here and DO RESPECT your eaters. They are smart, once they know you focus on making profit instead of bringing good dishes on the table. No one will return to the restaurant.

I ordered the Bun Cha Ha Noi since it was in the area and saw some reviews here. The Bun Cha Ha Noi was the worst I ever had. The meat was dry and burnt and same as the meat patty. They gave you 2 tiny patties and they both burnt and were very dry. I will never have bun cha here again. I used to have Bun Vit Mang here in the past and it was good but it was like 10 years ago

I came in today to order a Canh Bun Rieu Binh Minh to go. This old Vietnamese man took my order. He upsold me by asking me if I wanted extras like snails, pork blood, tofu, etc. I said 'yes' thinking to myself that I would get more. Unfortunately, I was way off. When I got home, not only did they not give me the usual napkin, plastic spoon, and chopstick that accompanies a typical to go order, but my order was the same size as if they had replaced the usual stuff that comes with Canh Bun Rieu Binh Minh with the extras that I got. In effect, the size ended up being the SAME, except with more expensive ingredients. Do you know what it cost me? $17!!! What a RIP OFF!!! The cashier and the waiter who are now running the business are rude. Years ago, there was a Vietnamese woman who was running the business. She was very respectful to her customers. Whenever I was there, business was busy, which is a good sign. However, today when I was there after a long hiatus, there were only 4 other customers, which is in sharp contrast to the full pho restaurant next door. They were all old Vietnamese people in their 70s or 80s. I suppose when you are that old, you are used to bad customer service because that is the Old School Vietnamese way of doing business.

It's at least $15 a bowl but I feel like it's worth it for the authenticity and guaranteed deliciousness. There are cheaper places but there might not be seats or it's a lot more casual eating experience since the usinessrs ate mainly for to food. I got the bun rieu Cha ca. The Rieu/crab was perfect fall apart fluffy with a little give. The Cha ca/fish cake slices were a little thin but so flavorful. I could see and taste the literal pieces of fresh dill in the Cha ca/fish cake. The bowl looked a lot better than my pic but it legit smelled so good I started eating before I remembered to take a pic. There was a vegetable plate included that I also forgot to take a pic of. The other two people got canh bun which they seemed happy with. We all shared a pot of hot tea which was brewed strong.

One of my go to restaurant. I always ordered the grill pork with meat patties. Grill pork was a bit overdone but still tasted good , Other people in the group ordered Korean ribs with rice was also good. Grilled pork chop was, also over cooked but tasted ok. Haven't tried soup dishes, may be next time.

By Far the best Bun Bo Hue in Southern California!! I've been sampling now for ten years after spending a ton of time in Vietnam, I'm picky and Bun Bo Hue is my favorite food of all time! Don't let the slightly average looking ambiance sway you. This place is legit, and run by wonderful people!! Also it is exceptionally consistent and quite affordable!! I drive an hour to eat here regularly!

Food is good but not worth $15 for bun cha. The dipping sauce was just ok and the meat was a little dry.

Very good noodle dishes!! Clean, fast service, and delicious!! All of their dishes are good so you can go wrong with any that you pick. Have been here twice and will come a lot more times!!

This is my go to place whenever I'm craving for bun cha ha noi or bun rieu. Their food has always been excellent and never disappoint me. The broth for the bun rieu is always good and on point. The beef is perfect and beefy. So delicious. Their vermicelli is soft, the meat is tender and juicy and has so many flavors for the bun cha ha noi, and the do chua for the bun cha ha noi is so delicious. Mmm their nuoc mam is always delicious. My favorite dish is their banh tom co ngu. This dish never disappoints. It has the perfect amount of crispness and crunch and oil. Service is a little slow sometimes but prices are reasonable.

My mom and I came here on a Sat morning around 10:30am. When we arrived, there were two men at another table. We seated ourselves and grabbed two menus. Menu is very extensive. My mom ordered the Bun Bun and I ordered the Bun Bo Hue. Service was fine - 2 men working the front, taking orders and clearing tables. My Mom said the Bun Bun was great and not very many restaurants in Little Saigon offers this dish. I think there's only one size and her bowl was big. She took 2/3 of it home, even asking them to put less noodles. The BBH had tons of ingredients but you definitely need to add the vegetables, lime and purple fish paste. I am definitely coming back to try the Bun Rieu.

Bad customer service, tính tiền gian lận. Order a bowl of bún riêu, ốc, đậu and iced tea. Did not get the iced tea.

Terrible customer services and unfresh food!!! They didn't clean the tables. I waited very long time to get seated and served. I took an hour to get just one bowl of Bun rieu Oc. Rieu was falling apart and Oc was unfresh and smell like it spoiled. You will get a lot of noodle and very little meat. Don't wait your time and money here. There are a lot of better option out there.
