Terrible customer service. Did not acknowledge us when we came in the store. We were stood in front of the associates for five minutes with no eye contact and saying anything till we had to speak up to them. Also this place doesn’t participate in pi day. Ended up just leaving wasting our time there.

I have been to a couple of their locations, and this is the best one for all-around service and food. But all of their stores are great. This is the best deal in all of OC. I get the build my own pizza $15. You can beat it, fills you right up, good quality toppings. It's my favorite pizza place.

Terrible customer service, the pizza is always either burned or very little cheese. Ordered a cheese pizza and it was burned once again!

When we first walked in there was only 2 other people in line we ordered one pizza and 2 drinks and it took 40 minutes. The girl expediting was out of it she moved so slow and seemed like she was seriously on drugs. She messed up everyone else’s orders including ours and had an attitude when we asked where our order was. Even getting the Parmesan cheese for us was a battle. I don’t recommend this location at all until they rehire!!
