I have been to a couple of their locations, and this is the best one for all-around service and food. But all of their stores are great. This is the best deal in all of OC. I get the build my own pizza $15. You can beat it, fills you right up, good quality toppings. It's my favorite pizza place.

When we first walked in there was only 2 other people in line we ordered one pizza and 2 drinks and it took 40 minutes. The girl expediting was out of it she moved so slow and seemed like she was seriously on drugs. She messed up everyone else’s orders including ours and had an attitude when we asked where our order was. Even getting the Parmesan cheese for us was a battle. I don’t recommend this location at all until they rehire!!

Blaze has always been my favorite place. It's a boon for vegetarians, vegans, gf or dairy free, all options are available + you can build your own pizza with your choice of sauce, cheese or toppings, even the drizzles have so many good options. You will love it if you know how to build a good pizza. Pro tip - just go with 3 or max 4 toppings if if the toppings are unlimited, else the pizza gets really soggy. Btw, they also have ready pizza options one the menu and their pesto garlic bread it bomb!
Vegetarian options: You can customize the pizza the way u want it. Be it meat free.
Dietary restrictions: Don't go for the cheese or white sauce. The spicy red sauce is amazing. I think vegan cheese is also available.

The pizza was phenomenal. Staff was friendly The only issue I had was that there was no soap in the soap dispenser to wash my hands. Other than that, up had a good experience here.

I ordered 2 topping and I am vegetarian they wrote down my order and asked how many toppings and my name. They said to wait so I went to the restroom. I came back and they had already added the cheese and sauce to the order. The girl working did not ask me what kind of sauce or cheese I wanted. Later a man with glasses rudely told me that it was my fault. I think it should be part of the workers job to ask first since I do not know the procedures at blaze pizza as I do not visit that often. I left without paying because the cashier attitude was not kind and very standoffish. I don't think I would invite others here.
Vegetarian options: They do not ask you if you'd are vegetarian just assume and put cow cheese on it
