When I first came in, I had my doubts and suspicions. But when I first ate the food, all of it disappeared. The service is hasty and kind. The atmosphere is perfect as well. I would 100% come again. This is a hidden gem inside of Santa Ana! (Also keep dad on the aux pls)

What a great find! We were in town for Disneyland and Universal Studios and needed to head out for an errand. While out, we looked for dinner options and stumbled on Blazin in Apple Maps. With two 18-year-olds—who eat like 6-year-olds—we weren’t sure they would go for it, but after explaining that shabu shabu is like ramen, they hesitatingly agreed.
With the first bite, they were in! Our girl was a little concerned about cooking her own food, but she watched me and got it. Plus, her spicy broth was amazing. Our boy was in love with the chicken bone broth. It was my husband’s first time as well, and he gave it a thumbs up. And I, the only one who’d had shabu shabu, loved the tom yum broth (the other place I’d been didn’t have broth options).
Such a wonderful find. We all highly recommend.
