Located in a plaza that’s pretty isolated and small. When get there parking is empty, only one person working. Place is clean and nice. Price a bit too high. So far everyone happy with their order so no complain.
You can adjust your ice, sugar.
They have popping boba too.
Good drinks!
The menu has a decent variety with different types of teas. The flavors are pretty good, and there are options for everyone. I highly recommend trying their fruit teas or something light if it’s your first time stopping by.
* Honey Lychee Aloe Vera: 8/10 - sweet and light flavor
* Passion Fruit Tea: 8/10 - nice and tart, not too sour
* Boba (Topping): 7/10 - soft and chewy
The shop is a decent size and offers a couple of tables to sit at. Only one person was working, and they were very kind. The only downside about this place is that it’s located in a plaza that’s pretty isolated and small. It’s usually not very crowded, so you should be able to find a parking spot, but I think it’d be difficult during peak hours. The prices are also a bit high for a small-sized cup.
Nevertheless, not bad.
Fantastic experience at this boba shop! The boba and drinks are top-notch quality—chewy, flavorful, and perfectly crafted. Everything was ready on time, and the store was spotless. Highly recommend!
Simple clean boba shop
Saw an ad on Facebook from BobaPOP Tea Bar (Garden Grove Location) saying you can get a BOGO deal just by messaging them. Gave it a try, and it actually worked!
The shop’s pretty small with only a few seats, but one thing that really stood out was the huge written “Taiwan Milk Tea” on the wall.
They have a few locations in SoCal, but honestly… I hadn’t heard of them before.
I ordered the milk tea. There was just one group ahead of me, but the wait was surprisingly long. The cup is on the slimmer side too. Same price, but smaller than most other places.
As for the taste… hmm, kinda just meh. Not bad, but nothing to write home about.
With “milk” being the star of the name, I was totally expecting a rich, creamy flavor but it ended up tasting kinda flat. Since it was a BOGO, I say no more.

They charged a service fee ($0.55) but not sure for what - especially when I placed the order myself through the kiosk. So I ended up paying over $7 for a small fruit tea that didn't actually contain any fruit or toppings, like other places do. Don't plan on returning.. even if they post on TGTG.
I appreciate that the company is running a BOGO campaign to get new customers in the doors, which is why we wound up checking it out. It was about 83 degrees outside and the a/c inside the store was either off or not working, so, even though we’d had plans to have our drinks inside, once we realized it was hot in there, that plan changed.
I have to say that I really don’t like their setup with the glass window by the register. I forgot that businesses used to have that during Covid and it’s been so long now since that ended, that I was sad to see it still in place here. I really hate having to talk to someone through a huge glass window; it’s so impersonal.
To make it worse, they have a microphone system so that you can hear them and they can hear you. I felt very awkward with that because the whole inside of the store could hear me ordering and I was very self conscious about that.
I was also a little bummed that they didn’t have more caffeine free options; I only saw a small handful of options. When we ordered drinks, the person at the register didn’t ask us about desired sweetness levels, and I forgot to mention it, so the drink I got was much too sweet. I felt sick after it. 😪
I would try this place again earlier during the day and get some kind of tea and make sure to mention that I don’t like it sweet. If I wasn’t satisfied after that time, probably wouldn’t return here. Thanks!
Good tea. Jin Xuan was refreshing and sweet enough to beat the heat.
How this place is still in business is beyond me. What happened with the staff, arethey mute or something? They don’t even call my name when they put my drinks out, do they just expect me to come and snatch my drink off the counter?
1. This milk tea had a unique flavor, and it was delicious!
2. The spot has fun casual vibes with a small interior!
3. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! It took about 5 mins!
Note: There is a restroom available for customers!

Decided to try out this place since I’ve keep hearing about it. The place is cute and minimalistic! You can order with a cashier at the front counter or by using their kiosk to also place an order there. When choosing your drink, you can change the percentage of ice and sugar percentage ! I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with black pearls! 100% ice and 70% sugar! It was about $6 for a small. It tasted really good! I was impressed! I will def be coming back for a sweet treat or a self solo date here soon!
Price is high for a small size in comparison with other good milk tea in town. The taste is not good, tried their Thai and taro milk tea but not enough flavour
Just wondering is this franchise because Bobapop is popular but it looks quiet here
Many varieties of tea base to choose from.
This is a boba store hidden in a small shopping plaza. They have a variety of tea options to choose from, caffeine and caffeine-free included. The drinks are not overly sweet here.
* Japanese Brown Rice Milk Tea 4/5 - Okay drink. The flavors were a bit plain and didn't really stand out.
* Kumquat Winter Melon Fruit Tea 4/5 - Refreshing drink. A bit of a odd flavor combination. It wasn't bad, but not sure if I'd get it again.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! I was in the neighborhood and wanted to try their boba tea. It took them 20 minutes to make my order with only one customer ahead of me. When I picked up my tea, it leaked all over the floor. I brought the tea back to the counter and told the girl that worked there, she placed a lid on my tea and told me “ This is how we resolve the leaking issue”. They can kiss my business goodbye!
