The lady in the red dress shirt (assuming she’s the manager) is rude and needs to work on her attitude

Went on 10/25/2025
Oily floors and food quality has gone down

Boiling point was on point. Never a disappointing meal. The wait time for food was a little long, but worth the wait. I recommend the lamb. Parking is limited, so get here early. They take cash and card. Plenty of seating inside. Thank you for reading my review. Please follow me on google maps and check out the places I visit.

Slow, slow, super slow ever. It's faster to find another location than it is to wait for the food to come out.

My brother and I dined in this restaurant on Labor Day, the restaurant was not crowded but there were only 2 staffs. The male staff asked us to have a seat on the 2nd table but my brother asked for another table, at that time he pissed off us immediately.
Besides that I asked him waiting for my brother to get his free drink, cause he was on the phone but the staff went away???? You know what, there was no staff served my table after giving us the food, there was a girl just came... so 3 staffs at that time.
I know that they are understaffed but please be patient with customers.
I am a server too ?. Thank you for the poor service.

The meal was quick and delicious?! The bowls and spoons seemed to have not been washed very clean, and there were traces of residue on them, but I didn't bother the waiter to change them. There were many people during the meal time, and I didn't want to waste the waiter's time, so I wiped them both inside and outside with a napkin twice before I dared to use them!
I forgot to tell them not to put sauerkraut when ordering (ordered the sauerkraut and mutton pot). When it was served, wow~ there were so many sauerkraut. I quickly scooped up some because the food itself has a taste, and the more the sauerkraut is cooked, the saltier it becomes, which will turn out other ingredients. When cooked, it becomes too salty and hard to eat (this is a rule of thumb). The ingredients are all fresh and delicious!
After the meal, we ordered the one by one dessert. There were two types of tofu pudding + boba and grass jelly + boba. We chose 2 bowls of tofu pudding + boba ($6.25). When it was delivered, our eyes lit up. It seemed like It is the "shaolengbing" in Pingtung, Taiwan. The ingredients are hot + chopped ice. There’s a lot of boba, and it’s still piping hot! Because I don’t eat ice, I picked up the chopped ice ball and didn’t eat it.
The boba is very chewy, chewy, and the tofu pudding is dense. It is paired with the boiled "brown sugar water" ⋯ delicious ?!
