Slow, slow, super slow ever. It's faster to find another location than it is to wait for the food to come out.

Really !!!?!??!!? No sauce!!!?!!!!?!! And I make sure, that my soup does not have instant noodles because my Stomach can’t take instant noodles.. they put it there !!!!! Never ordering here again ! Very disappointing
My brother and I dined in this restaurant on Labor Day, the restaurant was not crowded but there were only 2 staffs. The male staff asked us to have a seat on the 2nd table but my brother asked for another table, at that time he pissed off us immediately.
Besides that I asked him waiting for my brother to get his free drink, cause he was on the phone but the staff went away???? You know what, there was no staff served my table after giving us the food, there was a girl just came... so 3 staffs at that time.
I know that they are understaffed but please be patient with customers.
I am a server too ?. Thank you for the poor service.

The meal was quick and delicious?! The bowls and spoons seemed to have not been washed very clean, and there were traces of residue on them, but I didn't bother the waiter to change them. There were many people during the meal time, and I didn't want to waste the waiter's time, so I wiped them both inside and outside with a napkin twice before I dared to use them!
I forgot to tell them not to put sauerkraut when ordering (ordered the sauerkraut and mutton pot). When it was served, wow~ there were so many sauerkraut. I quickly scooped up some because the food itself has a taste, and the more the sauerkraut is cooked, the saltier it becomes, which will turn out other ingredients. When cooked, it becomes too salty and hard to eat (this is a rule of thumb). The ingredients are all fresh and delicious!
After the meal, we ordered the one by one dessert. There were two types of tofu pudding + boba and grass jelly + boba. We chose 2 bowls of tofu pudding + boba ($6.25). When it was delivered, our eyes lit up. It seemed like It is the "shaolengbing" in Pingtung, Taiwan. The ingredients are hot + chopped ice. There’s a lot of boba, and it’s still piping hot! Because I don’t eat ice, I picked up the chopped ice ball and didn’t eat it.
The boba is very chewy, chewy, and the tofu pudding is dense. It is paired with the boiled "brown sugar water" ⋯ delicious ?!

Absolutely the WORST boiling point experience EVER. Our party of 5 was exciting to try out this new spot, but what we got was only disappointment. We placed 2 separate orders since 2 of us arrived earlier. The first order took around 20-30 minutes to arrive. The food was good so we patiently waited for the second order to come. Another 30 minutes passed. Nothing. "Maybe they're busy," we thought. So, we waited a bit longer. 45 minutes in, one of us finally asked the waiter about our orders. His response? "Let me check," followed by complete silence. An hour later, still no food. We flagged down another waiter, who went to the kitchen and returned with an apology—apparently, they had lost our order. Seriously? Fine, mistakes happen. We repeated our order and asked how long it would take. "Just 10 minutes," they assured us. Joke on us another 30 minutes wasted. We decided to cancel our order. They went back to check, only to confirm our suspicions—they hadn't even started on our order?↕️ No communication, no apology. We were willing to wait, but this level of incompetence is inexcusable. Sure, if you're into spending your hard-earned cash on being treated like you don't exist, this place will not be dissapointed?

I have been to many Boiling Point locations (in LA and OC) and I have to admit that this location is the best one so far in terms of space and service. This Boiling Point has a lot of tables so they can provide more and faster service than other locations. Our host is friendly and attentive ??. My party and I ordered their beef hot pot and Jin Tea butterfly pea flower lemonade & pink dragon (dragon fruit, lychee and oolong), and we enjoyed that combination a lot. I will definitely be back again in the near future! Keep up with the great service!
Dietary restrictions: A lot of garlic based sauces here and might have a lot of peanuts trace so be careful if you're allergic to those ingredients.
Parking: They have a shared parking lot with other businesses, not too difficult in finding a spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double-door entrance and plenty of spaces inside the restaurant.

This is a small Taiwanese hot pot restaurant, specializing in a variety of small hot pots. The ingredients are average, the waiter has a good attitude and is very patient. Love the simple little hotpot, it's a way to eat alone. The price is a bit high (the ingredients are not the best). For drinks, we ordered red bean, boba, and brown sugar milk tea. The cup was a paper cup and we couldn’t see it, so we thought it was average. We could only pass it through a straw. It probably wasn’t shaken evenly, so it was very bland at first, and there was a pile of red beans and boba left behind.

I ordered a beef with a mild spicy level and the hot pot was just filled with meat. The new drink is average, it's just lychee and dragon fruit. Some of the staff was new so they made some minor mistakes. The waiting was a bit long since it was a grand opening.
