Their pairing suggestions were thoughtful and precise; each wine and cocktail matched the flavors on the plate and elevated the meal rather than competing with it. An anticipated our needs without hovering and checked in at just the right moments.

We sampled several appetizers and entrées and were consistently impressed. The appetizers arrived artfully composed and tasted as inspired as they looked. Each pairing An recommended—whether sparkling, white, red, or a crafted aperitif—complemented the dishes perfectly and brought out subtleties in both food and drink. The entrées were cooked to exacting standards, and the suggested pairings made each bite more memorable.

Lots of mediocre Vietnamese restaurants around every corner but if you're interested in better taste and quality try Brodard Chateau in Garden Grove. Food consistently clean and tasty; not over marinated meats ( you can taste what you've ordered e.g. the pork tastes like pork, chicken tastes like chicken and not the marinade! The "rolls" are fresh and tasty; try the duck roll. Many different tastes to choose. Full bar on site; reservation recommended especially on weekends.

Crispy noodles and the spring rolls were the best. Egg rolls were average. Calamari had good flavor but a little chewy.
