It wasn't as good as I'd hoped, but Roman, the servicer was very helpful and very nice.

El or L and the manager on duty were super nice and helpful. I messed up my order and they fixed it with no problem. Their customer service was great and I’ll be coming back for sure.

Today I arrived to pick up an order for a fleet service provider. This young lady was on the phone taking care of a customer but prolonged the call. Once I asked for the order she replied asking to confirm the order and show her my phone. Typically restaurants are provided with a tablet where they can see drivers activity but this wasn’t the case, restaurant doesn’t have one. She tried to keep the order once confirmed in our system. It is obvious that many restaurants don’t train employees properly and learn service providers protocol and our updates in the app, but most importantly, independent drivers constantly complaint disrespectful behavior and lack of professionalism from employees/ managers. Drivers are also customers servicing your customers. This incident has reported to our service providers to hopefully correct this behavior across this location, but from what I see in other reviews there are many complaints from previous customers. I have decided to block restaurant for future pick up orders at the moment.

Awesome service great wings 5 stars was my initial review but after today 8/6/25 heck no in order went in picked up my order whole kitchen was up in smoke including the dining area I didn’t think much of it got my food and left once I got my my food was burnt potato wedges were burnt no flavor and filled with oil and the wings where burnt to a crisp I called in let them know and the manager pretty much called me a lier and said there’s nothing she could do about it …..in the trash is where all this food belongs the audacity to almost burn down your kitchen serve the burnt food and then denied it I think her name was Christy or something like that oh by the way I didn’t want a refund just my food remade. Horrible service

Has so much potential I feel like they lack staff efficiency and meat quality by a hair because the sauces are immaculate, such a prime piece of real estate in a good area.
Picked up from here a few times. Food is good and freshly made. Good service.

After waiting 20 minutes to build a chicken sandwich and ordering upgraded tater tots only to find out there’s no ketchup in this tire facility. What a waste of time.

The wings are so delicious. Perfect temperature. Cooked just right. Great flavor. Fast service. Friendly staff. They said they got a new app this week. So cool.

Order wings(15) at 4:55, told they will be ready in 30-45 minutes. I set my alarm for 30 minutes. I didn't wait for my alarm to go off, I picked up my wings at 5:25.. drove home, about 5 minutes started eating as soon as I got in the house and sat down. The wings were hard, definitely not fresh. I immediately drove back to the restaurant, arrived around 6:05. The manager tried to tell me I'd had the wings since 4:15 because that's the time on the receipt. I said that's impossible, I didn't order them until 5:55. Were they, possibly, cooked at 4:15? I wasn't happy with her attitude. Eventually she agreed to replace them. They didn't give me a bag to put them in, just handed me the box. No apologies. As soon as I walked out, I checked the wings and took a bite, they was no difference than the first ones. Really hard, I ate 3 and threw the rest in the trash. This is not my first time getting terrible wings from Buffalo wild wings. But this is definitely the last time I'll eat there. I can't imagine anyone else getting wings like these an being ok with them. The wings at Little Cesar's and Domino's Pizza are way better, juicy and tender.
