I like Carl's Jr and this location is the best. The service is great, the burgers always come out great. Moe is super nice and delivers great service. I screwed up ordering on the app and Moe helped me and really made my day.

Oof. Been going here for almost a decade never had a rude person til today. Trying to pay at the drive through with tap and the person at the drive through takes the card reader away so fast before my phone could pay. Then complained saying we were making it difficult for the person at the drive through.

My wife needed to use the restroom before we ordered our food. My wife came out of the bathroom Mo (says she's a manager) accused my wife of stealing toilet paper. She didn't see my wife stealing toilet paper she just had a hunch. My wife denied it and offered up her purse to show there was no stolen TP. Mo refused to look and told my wife to leave and never come back. Well Mo you screwed up. My wife isn't a theif and you should never accuse someone of any crime unless you have some sort of evidence. You were wrong and I hope your happy to make a 56 year old christian woman cry after being so insulted and degraded. I highly recommend that everyone steer clear of this Carls cause you might be accused of stealing extra straws or napkins.

Did walk-in. Stood a solid few minutes with employees roaming around saying nothing to me. Was blown away! Then saw a man handed his bag of food with no 'thank you'... Nothin'! Placed order. When over at my seat, general manager then shows up, really helpful to me regarding setting up the Carl's app on my phone and stuff. Food was standard Carl's Jr if you like it... I do. Just Very Bewildering how maybe good, maybe really lousy the customer service was
