The manager at the Carl's Jr at 13011 Harbor Blvd in Garden Grove that I went to was so very helpful with me as I was new at using the app. He helped me with my order and using the app. I really appreciate everything he did for me as to another Carl's Jr I went to a very long time ago was not helpful at all since I'm handicapped and have a service dog that was with me. I went to Carl’s tonight, was the only car at the drive thru nobody in the lobby. I ordered my food everything was fine the guy at the window gave me a small bag that should have had 4 burgers and 2 fries. I asked him if ALL my food was there and he said yeah and walked away from the window. So I went home, when I took the food out I was missing food. I called, they knew exactly who I was because I heard the guy said “I think it’s the lady from the drive thru” the supervisor got on the phone and I explained what happened, she said oh you can come another day for your food. Why would I want to go ANOTHER day for my food if I went because I was hungry right now!! Of course I got upset so I asked for my $ back and she said I would have to come inside to get my money. I told her I was going to do a charge back with my bank she said to go ahead and hung up. It’s not like they were busy, the place was literally empty! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!
