Horrible staff. Rude and when I asked for extra snap meals for me and my kids they said no because everyone has to have a card for themselves so they could only provide me with 1 even though my kids are 8 and 10. Dont ever come here

I came up to the window and was offered to try the new combo. For the first time ever, I said YES. Only to receive a burger that costs like 5 dollars less than what I paid for. I normally trust the drive thru and dont check my bag (because that's their job), but c'mon. They also completely forgot my spicy chicken sandwich.. buyers beware of the service

Ordered on the app employees can’t read correctly. 4th time I’m missing extra patties on my burger. I call and they don’t answer at all. Assuming they let it ring on purpose so one will give up.

I’m just to going to say honestly , We need a health inspector to check this Carl’s Jr. Every time I eat here, I end up throwing up. I believe someone may be tampering with the food, specifically my burgers. I’m not sure who is responsible, but this needs to be investigated immediately. I’ve let it slide for too long, and it’s a serious health concern.

Placed a mobile order only to be told that they don't open until 7:30am then why the hell does the app say this location opens at 6am. Telling me to come back at 7:30 like I have all the time in the world. I told them to cancel my order but refused.

This Carls Jr is the worst I’ve ever been to in my life. They often forget items i order and serve them cold too. They get angry when i confront them also. They don’t give napkins. My burger bread was soggy today and lettuce was old !

This is my go to Carl's Jr. Paula and Romelia are the sweetest and the most helpful both are in the afternoon shift and after getting off work and picking up my daughter I go to pick up a soda or snack. They make my day and the service is fast. When they are not there it is not the same.
