Placed a mobile order only to be told that they don't open until 7:30am then why the hell does the app say this location opens at 6am. Telling me to come back at 7:30 like I have all the time in the world. I told them to cancel my order but refused.

I have one by my house but prefer driving to this one because Everyone is nicer ! I dined in and there was an altercation between a couple and all the employees were on it yosi called the cops and were very concerned about the situation! Great team ? ?! !!

This Carls Jr is the worst I’ve ever been to in my life. They often forget items i order and serve them cold too. They get angry when i confront them also. They don’t give napkins. My burger bread was soggy today and lettuce was old !

This is my go to Carl's Jr. Paula and Romelia are the sweetest and the most helpful both are in the afternoon shift and after getting off work and picking up my daughter I go to pick up a soda or snack. They make my day and the service is fast. When they are not there it is not the same.
