Very Poor Service here. I waited in the lobby almost 10 mins to get my order taken and another 12 mins to get my food. There was only 1 person handling drive thru and the front lobby and 1 cook. The employees were working very hard but management clearly dropped the ball here not having any were near enough staff for lunch rush. The manager was just sitting on the lobby on her phone while her crew was extremely overworked. Only reason this place got 2 starts is for the employees very nice and unfortunate to be in that situation.

There is literally no one working in this location. i ordered my food and waited over 30 minutes outside of the establishment. This was 03/11 around 10 a.m. Fire whoever is working that shift because they will let business get away and they prioritize everything else above the actual job.

Went here today for star nuggets had a craving. The lady gave me 14 nuggets and forgot the other 7... i guess coming here at 1am was a bad idea flocked in tons of homeless near me. I gave 2 dollars cash to them to eat but like the experience wasnt great in the drive thru where i was alone I felt nervous handing cash over to the register since there were 4 of them. Hope they can compensate me for the lost nuggets lol. Spending 30 bucks on nuggets i better get my full count.
