Stopped here for lunch today roughly around 11:35 a.m I always use the restroom first to wash my hands before I eat my food while I was in there the only male employee that works there at the time was in the bathroom stall taking a healthy dump when I finish washing my hands getting ready to leave he came running out of the bathroom stall and went right into the kitchen and started preparing food I walked around the counter immediately to see if he washed his hands there wasn't enough time for him to but even if he did he still should have watched him in the bathroom before he left to go into the kitchen area I spoke with the acting manager a woman told her what had happened she pretty much ignored me I told her I'm going to immediately go right and post a review I will not be stopping in and eating at this restaurant again

Went to this Carl’s Jr on my 30 minute lunch break and waited almost 20 minutes for a kids meal. I ended up leaving before I got to the front of drive through to get my order. They literally wasted my 30 minute break. There was only 2 cars ahead of me in drive through
