They never take the time to make sure the orders that leave the drive thru are correct. They are rude at the drive thru and since there aren't many left we are forced to go to this one. The manager apparently doesn't care to ensure quality control. People are inconvenienced having to drive all the way back for a wrong order. Take time and effort to ensure your customer doesnt have to ruin dinner by someone getting something they didn't want and having to drive all the way back. Do better!!

Roxanne the manger here is great lady , a smile, very courteous speaking with she help me with the Carl's AP ,step by step By showing me how by ordering prior to coming I can get points. manager was great she made me feel like if I was family and I just barely met her and I also seen her deal when other customers and I'm sure everybody else felt the same everybody was happy when they left their with a smile on their face Carl's Junior that's the best one I've ever been to before and I will always go there even though it's the distance from me

I’m a trucker that passes through town over here every so often but for being a fast food restaurant, I go out of my way because of the crew that they have there and the service they give me and it can accommodate my parking. Very clean restaurant great atmosphere.
