SERVICE, FOOD, ATMOSPHERE! This place is a hit. BEST PAD THAI I have ever had!?

I understand the side walk was under construction, but we eat old soup, and padsew wasn't cooked right. The restaurant is trending down since they switched the new owner. Please improve the food, fresh, daily cook.otherwise, you loose customers.
