Chuck E. Cheese is a good place to take kids to, especially when it gets cold and dark in the winter. They also have good deals on monthly passes if you're able to go more often. I did notice that some games at this location are broken, and haven't been fixed or some time, hence the lower rating.

They do seem short staffed, but workers work hard here. Every so often, I'd see someone wiping down the machines and making sure things stay clean.

Food-wise:
* Pizza 4/5 - Pizza is nice and crispy here and tasted as expected. Get the bigger size as the personal size is very small and not good value.

* Cheesy bread 3/5 - Okay, a bit bland.

* Buffalo Chicken wings 3.5/5 - Tasted like Tyson's frozen buffalo wings. Not bad, but nothing special.

* Fries 1/5 - These were not crispy. They also tasted very starchy and undercooked.

This visit was okayyy...I mean alot of the games weren't working and I had to go and get my card reloaded . They need to put signs when the games aren't working or out of order instead they don't and have the kids keep spending there points on games that don't work.its pretty sad because people spend more money on games for there kids . There's alot of Hispanic families that won't say anything instead just pay again .

I can't even make this up . My fiance and I came with our little 6 year old, well behaved son. We were literally the first ones here and a worker named Karina came to the front all angry , my guess is because she didn't expect ppl right when they open. We were patiently waiting at the front to get stamped because we know the routine, as soon as she gets to the front
She closes the red gate because she forgot to close it when they opened it i guess. But the way she closed it, she probably assumed that we had opened it, because she did it in such a rude manor. She then raised her voice at my son.
Because his sweater was too long for her liking and covered part of his wrist for the stamp. She did such a rude hand gesture. She borderline yelled at my son.
And said "you need to pull it up"I tried my best to ignore this. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and assumed, maybe that's just how she is. When we went to the front counter to just buy a couple points and a fun pass for my son to jump. When it came time to putting the fun pass around my son's wrist, my son politely and excitedly told her, "thank you very much" which she then responded with "YEAH" I just couldn't belive her ugly attitude. KARINA IS A TERRIBLE PERSON . I've already made a complaint with corporate immediately after that interaction. This place smells like feet ,like It used to be a gym or something ,maybe that's why she has that nasty attitude .

I would give this place zero stars, If I could i'm a very unhappy consumer. I can't even enjoy a day with my family without this place being unorganized , as a manager I would never let this get out of control with a line of miscommunication within the departments. They had two party events , and no tables available. I did not ask for a refund when it came to my food as quoted to the cashier there was no table available , I would like to cancel my order if a table isn't available. I did not mention anytime between or conversation to go ahead and cancel the order. The manager comes out and gets me a table and said I could have it for two hours to eat at a party table that's was a nice option at first if I had my food which I didn't. I come back at 6pm for my food and she said I said I canceled and once again I didn't . I should have gotten a full refund honestly. I'm never the type to leave a review, and that's the honest trust but when it comes to my kids waiting for food that's where I get irritated and knowing the games are charged by the min now , also found inconvenient . I would not come here again which I'm sure not having another person isn't a big deal to franchise low key take our money but that's crazy 45mins to play games lol hope your reading and send me my full refund thanks !

I had a horrible experience at this Chuck E. Cheese. The pizza tasted old and it was hard. Some of the games weren’t working or missing balls to play them. When I went to play games my card said there was no time on it even though I paid for it then I had walked away from our booth to check on my daughter and when I came back her shoes were gone. I spent my good earned money to buy her shoes and somebody steals from a toddler. The workers helped me look for it but then said they couldn’t do anything. I don’t get the point of having cameras if you can’t check who stole my daughter’s shoes. I regret going to this Chuck E. Cheese and paying money for a bad experience. Corporate will be contacted.

Been coming to this location for years now but during my last visit I was extremely disappointed. Prices have gone way up!! They added a trampoline park that is not worth paying $15 plus $5 for socks. In that case I should just take my kids to an indoor trampoline park that has more activities for them to do than miss small little space. The time I was there I did not see many kids go into the trampoline. Seems like they are losing money and customers. I do not know when I will be back but I do know it won't be anytime soon.

Good variety of games here and all of them were working, as far as I could see. The weird and exasperating thing about this location is that they consistently short you on the number of tickets you win. Every machine seems to only pay out a fraction of the ticket you’re supposed to win. 100 ticket bonuses end up being 20, a 20 ticket payout comes out to 4. Very frustrating.

Really strange vibe at this particular location. There was a woman walking back and forth from the entrance to the end of the salad bar. Apparently she works there but had no identifying uniform or name tag. There was a very aggressive young girl in the trampoline zone who was pushing the smaller kids and taking their stuff. The employees attempted to get her to behave only after she knocked down the same display a 3rd time. The food is not good but that's probably why they serve alcohol.

I had a terrible experience at this Chuck E. Cheese location. The customer service was unprofessional and even caused a conflict between me and another customer. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff seemed to escalate it, making the situation even more uncomfortable. This ruined our visit and left a bad impression. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone until they improve their staff training and learn how to handle conflicts professionally

Great atmosphere for a kids party. Good service. Clean environment. Fun games. But the food was a bit short in quantity and long on cost!

Kid-friendliness: Super fun for kids! Lots of games for all ages!

We had a birthday party here and it was so nice! We did opening and honestly they didn't open on time so the times should be adjusted to when they start you all up. But it was clean and tables were ready. Ladies ready to take orders and set the tables up with food as it came out.
But they were out of goodie bags,
Charged an extra fee for the bounce house which is the only reason we came here over Costa mesa, and the managers and employees were bickering.
Other than that, we really enjoyed the location and party. My bday kiddo really enjoyed it and had requested it out of the blue so we did the $99 party at 10am and we were not disappointed.
Also. The ice scream we ordered didn't have the items as pictured with the gummy faces.

First I'd like to say the manager that attended me here was really nice. My only issue with this chuck e cheese is that it has this god awful smell! I was there for an hour and left.
