I went today with my son 2/20/2024 and I ordered a cheese pizza and was like a pizza from 7 eleven, to be honest 7 eleven is less harder and has little more cheese and sauce, mine was over baked and no sauce and not much cheese and I paid $24 that's really bad experience, I couldn't go and talk to them because I need to keep an eye on my child who is autistic

It's a kids place don't expect 100 percent cleanliness... One of the bigger and better chuck n cheese for sure... Staff young but always working.. never had a problem here.

Honestly the food tastes old and reheated and burnt the service was not that great the staff look like they really did not want to be there and were some what kind of rude kept pushing me to hurry up and order and as soon as I walk through the front door it smelled like someone pooped right at the it smelled so bad of sewage I tried to let them know but they didn't say anything i felt ignored as a customer waking into a porterpotty also they have this new trampoline thing it's 15$ for all day and 26$ all day doesn't make sense which one is it plus they charge 5$ for socks no one stays there all day like how about 5$ for two hours or let them use there tickets. While I was there they had a few people in there like one or two I feel like I've waisted my money plus the bathrooms were so unsanitary I had to take my kid to Carl's jr. To use the bathroom. Very disappointed because I've been here before and this makes me not want to come here again. Also I will be posting about my stay on all my social media cause it was that bad.

I've been taking my kids here for 8 years already. Food is ok. What I didn't like about my recent visit, its that they added a trampoline now in the little kids area. I normally buy them the hour for them to play. Well... that doesn't cover the trampoline. There is a separate charge for that. I wish they actually had more games for little kids. As far as the food. We didn't eat there. My kids were bored at home, so I decided to take them there.

Good old business that people should want to keep around.... it's literally a lot of people's childhood's wrapped up in these buildings, so it's important to keep them running.... the pizza is fire!!!! And the games and environments are fun.
