Not very educated on the product they sell, I called in & asked if they had gold sheet gelatin. I was told “ we have sheet gelatin, not sure if it’s gold” I asked if she could find out & was told “ we don’t have the original packaging, we sell them 5 at a time”. You know it’s sad when you call a place like this that’s supposed to specialize in confectionery & dessert supplies & the people working there can’t give you simple information. For instance it’s not hard to look & sheet gelatin & know if it’s either Gold, silver or bronze.
This store has everything you need and the ladies that work there are so helpful and knowledgeable. Love this place

The store is fine... it’s just the customer service sucks . Every single time I go there the staff is rude, short and not helpful. I rather drive further away than come here
This store has what you're looking for when it comes to baking needs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm making this my favorite cake and cookie supply store.
