Walnut was bad and she was not even acknowledging
I went to try the new promotional item—the taco—and the girl immediately said “we’re out.” Besides my cynical inclination to question the truthfulness of that, it’s really disappointing to put so much money into advertising a product only to not have it.
Great service!
Friendly and attentive staff
Ordered on DoorDash at 12:15… 1st dasher arrived to pick up order at 12:45, second at 12:55…. At 1:20 the employee says he doesn’t think he can complete the order as he closes in 10 minutes….. he ended up making the order but it’s the principal… I placed my order an hour prior and they weee still open 10 minutes. So if I walked in I could get an order… but the one I placed free an hour prior I couldn’t have? Makes no sense. Saturday night 12:15am is I guess Sunday morning.

First time at a cold stone, loved it. I probably wont ever try any other combinations though cause banana creme and pistachio smacked.

Need to update hours ‼️‼️ Maps says "open to 1:30 a.m.". Walked over at 10:15 after leaving DLR & THEY CLOSED QT 10:00 P.M.‼️?‼️?‼️ Not cool, cold stone... NOT. COOL‼️‼️
Came for a late night craving, and admittedly it was late (past midnight), and I wasn't sure if it was open but google said it was. There was a worker in there and they were open, however if the customer service was going to be so lacking, just close it.
The worker was on an old handheld phone that looked like a blast from the past.. he put the phone down to take my order but the music was blasting loud so I couldn't really hear what the worker was saying.
I managed to order and the worker was basically prioritizing his conversation with whomever was on the phone.
I ordered a chocolate devotion, and he was basically mixing everything on the stone one-handed, with his other hand holding the store phone to his ear and tried to put it in the cup with one hand, which was hard to watch as the paper cup kept falling. He had to do this twice as my husband also ordered a scoop and the worker still was chatting away.
The ice cream was meh and melted so fast but I was definitely irked by his poor service.
Won't be back.

Many different choices of toppings and ice cream. I got the pistachio but the taste of the food flavoring and pistachio is so intense. The service was okay not too friendly more like I'm just doing my job and getting this paycheck and that's it. Basically not selling the products or pushing it to the customers like option wise. They sale cakes and open at 1pm during the week and leave their open sing on even when not open.

I love this place. Like any other stone cold creamery their quality of the product is great and the staff at this location are great as well!I highly recommend if you want to have some ice cream!?
Just got my bff and daughter some ooey gooey ice cream from the best local shop: our local Coldstone. It’s so nice and creamy and delicious, plus the topping are to die for! I love the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection -- it’s the perfect mixture of chocolate and peanuty goodness. My daughter got an almond praline waffle cone, as she has the sweet tooth worse than I did at her age, while Katrina ended up getting some sherbet yogurt in a cup which also looked delicious. The whole total only came to $15 and every bite was perfection. Staff were friendly and professional and the store was clean and organized
Still no dine in. So I walked out.
