Good place to try different grilled meat and cocktails. We come around evening weekend and the place quickly gets filled up. We try 8 skewers and 1 cocktail. The price is reasonable but the meat seasoning is just salt. The best meats are Yak, Pork Belly and Wild Boar Cheek. Coyote and Elk are too tough and Alligator is too salty. The cocktail looks nice and tastes good but the price is a bit expensive. Overall, it's worth a try if you're in the area.

This is a small cozy food joint in OC. The yakitori is delicious delicious. My favorite were the octopus, gizzards, beef tongues, hearts and bacon wrapped asparagus. The appetizers were not great, but it didn’t take away from my whole food dinning experience. The truffle fries lacked the flavor and the cheese weren’t melted. The cream cheese corn dish was watery. Service was impeccable/ wait staff was kind and understating of our kids who were wild. We ordered congee from the restaurant next door and it was great bc most of the food was not kid friendly/ Drinks were tasty and got people tipsy with two drinks each only. Definitely recommend this place and I would return with new friends

Drinks were great: artfully crafted, tastefully created, and customizable upon request.Both food and drinks orders, though, took forever to be picked up and brought out (despite there appearing to be plenty of staff and very few tables seated). My first drink took a total of 20min after the waiter took my order and then they didn't even notice our food order which had been waiting.The foods were mediocre to say the least.

I like this place, Asian fusion bar and grill. It's a little more expensive, but the food is more refined (cleaner and fresher compared to a typical Vietnamese restaurant). Also, the small menu is eclectic, covering a broad range of tastes. I came here with 9 family members (4 finicky kids, 3 middle agers, and 2 senior citizens). We all left with a happy full belly.Here are all the dishes we tried:Skewers - Pork belly (highly recommended), filet, ribeye, various organ meat, various vegetables. We probably ordered 20 skewers. I found the beef skewers to be a little tough. Pork belly was the best.Garlic fries - kids liked itChicken wings w/fish sauce - kids liked itCrispy salmon belly - ok, more vegetables than fishOxtail soup - delicious clean beef broth with some tasty, fatty, sinewy done.Crab meat asparagus soup - similar to the Chinese version. Yum.Lotus root and pork ear salad - refreshingly deliciousMango salad with grilled shrimp - equally deliciousBeef soondubu - didn't get to try itLamb chops - didn't get to try itNext time I'm there, I would like to try the seafood cioppino, surf clam salad, and the hotpots.

(i got this delivered from uber eats)the korean fried chicken is so good!!! def recommend;)i got the sweet and sour thai salmon and it was really good. the salmon was a bit dry but that’s okay. there were some tiny bones, but not enough to ruin the meal.the packaging was a bit thin and flimsy. I didn’t get any utensils or napkins either. other than that, the food was overall really good, definitely get the korean fried chicken!!!

Delicious! Great service and THE DRINKS ARE DELICIOUS! I'M IMPRESSED. I'm also a bartender and these Vietnamese inspired cocktails got me so excited to try! I literally clapped and bounced up and down! Lol.Our server was so helpful in helping us pick food. The bartender came out to help us decide that cocktails to try.She thought we didn't like our drinks cause we were baby sitting it lol. Enjoying our food. So she asked if we didn't like it, they can make something else. That was sooo thoughtful and well observed!Great training and management! Loving the service.I got a mango refreshing salad. My sister got salmon with garlic noodles.Everything is very very flavorful!Can't wait to come back here again!Love you guys! Yummy food and drinks!

Exotic meat yakatori and other food. Hot pot, pasta, frogLegs,escargot. Decent alcohol menu and good service. Inside seating and outside seating. Try the yakatori for sure and come back for the other treats. Good service and cleanly place, will be coming back.

Quiet little eatery.

I got the banh mi thit nguoi here and it was awesome. It was $4.95 had Vietnamese pate fresh cilantro and freshly sliced cucumber. From 7 AM to 2 PM it’s a breakfast and sandwich place and from 5 PM to 10 PM it’s a bar and Grill lounge type of place. It is basically an extension of Com Tam Bien with different offerings and a more hip name targeting a different market younger than its mother store. I’m definitely going to come back and try something else , maybe a different sandwich or a breakfast menu item. The customer service was good no miscommunication and my sandwich was done right. There are some homeless in the parking lot so be kind and do something nice, maybe buy them a meal, talk to them. Ask them how they are doing. Love one another because life is too short not to spread love and life is too long to be miserable.

Long wait for food to come out. Drinks came out quick. Their old fashion was quite tasty. Food was not that great. I felt like the items were over priced to be honest. People were friendly. Free small sake drink with a Yelp check in, not a Google check in unfortunately.

Came by this place during their soft opening and visited again because it is THAT GOOD !!! They serve yakitori style but with exotic meat. YUM! First time trying Emu and the A5 beef was delicious. Full bar with handcrafted cocktails.I was able to sit inside the first time but with Covid, they have outdoor seating with heaters to accommodate. They give you a paper menu to select your meats. Their prices are pretty good for the quality and selection that they are offering.Oh try the ox tail soup ! It's bomb! Flavorful and the meat falls right off like butter. It must have been cooked for a long time. It was so good that I finished Ir before getting a chance to take pic. Lol oh it has mushroom and fresh scallions.Will be coming back!
