Great food and great service! The yakitori was the beast I've had. Staff are very attentive and have great recommendations. Quang gave us great cocktail recommendations. The cocktails did not disappoint. Cocktails were very tasty and you could barely taste the alcohol. Will definitely be coming back!

CTB EATERY is the way to go. Don't let the little amount of reviews discourage you. The cocktails are NOT watered down at all BE AWARE TREAD LIGHTLY. This is such good service. They go above and beyond where you are constantly checked up on. I dropped my chopsticks on accident and one of the gals came immediately 1.2 seconds after the sound of it dropping to offer me a new pair. Please take your friends and family here. I took my mom here. She is older and she loved it too.

Dropped in CTB Eatery last week for the first time. I actually "found" this place by searching for Cocktail Bars on Yelp. CTB did not disappoint. This small restaurant is a hidden gem on the rear side of the Mall of Fortune with a unique menu. As for the food, my wife and I tried several Kebabs. This place has your typical meats all the way to the exotics not found in many places. We had the Octopus, Japanese A5, Coyote, Buffalo, Lamb Chop, Pork Belly, and the Lemon Grass Sausage. Personally, I was not into the Coyote, but did enjoy all the other skewers we tried. For the plates, we had Water Spinach Salad, Frog Legs Sauteed in Butter, Oysters, and Salmon Belly. All were very good! As for the drinks, CTB made some of the best cocktails I've had in some time. Each cocktail comes with 2 shots and with the drinks we had, you really could not taste the alcohol. This is where you have to be careful because CTB makes cocktails and the alcohol can sneak up on you very quickly if drinking too fast. For cocktails, we enjoyed the Tet New Year, CTB Sunrise, Sweet Amethyst and Sidecar. All four cocktails were delicious. What I enjoy most about CTB Eatery is this is not your typical restaurant. They have offerings that are not available everywhere so if you want to try something different in the area (or try exotic meats), I highly recommend this place. Service was excellent and the restaurant manager, Quang, was very attentive and gave great suggestions; especially with the cocktails. They have an extensive food menu as well as an ample selection of cocktails that pairs well with the food. CTB Eatery is a place I will definitely return to.

My boyfriend remembered my girl had posted about this place on her IG story so we had to check out. If you are familiar with the Garden Grove area, they are located where the old Brodard's used to be. It's a quaint 26 seater restaurant with a vast variety of drinks including 15+ signature cocktails and several meals ranging from appetizers, drinking faves, and full dishes. Firstly, the service is quick and tentative. Every drink/dish they recommended was delicious. The food and drinks came out quick and each was superb! 10/10 recommend!

Angel was the most amazing server. She had incredible recommendations. Definitely trust all of what she has to say about the drinks and meats! She won't let you down. And the bartender just amazed us each team he brought us our drinks. So personable here and sweet. The vibes are great and the people who work here make it even better!

Coyotes, rabbits, wild boars, oh my! This Asian fusion izakaya restaurant serves a variety of exotic meats on skewers. I was feeling adventurous and ordered a few of the exotic meats, and I'm surprised that none of them were very gamey. They know how to treat the meat very well! Aside from the skewers, my favorite dish here was the fried salmon belly. It was super soft in the center and crispy on the outside, and perfectly seasoned! I had an issue with the ribeye here where it tasted a little off. The server took it off our bill with no questions asked. I was very pleased with the service here. The drinks here also stellar. I loved my "It's all peachy". If you're a fan of spicy cocktails, you'd love this peach and Thai chili concoction!

This is my first time here in a big group and it is such a nice place to drink cocktails and izakaya. They have selections of exotic meats!! Definitely try sweet amethyst (lavender, vodka, gin) and It's all peachy (vodka, peach, thai chili). Would definitely come back here again!

This is a hidden gem in Garden Grove. This place is perfect for drinks and little bites. They have a variety of beers, hard liquor, and hand-crafted cocktails. The hand-crafted cocktails were so good and picture-worthy. There's a lot of food items on the menu. We got different skewers to eat with our drinks. Short rib, filet mignon, and the A5 were perfectly grilled and soft. The meat quality was amazing and the prices were fairly priced. We had two waiters who were very hard-working even though the place was so busy. (Vy was so sweet!) Definitely will be back!
