The service needs a little help. I just went in to get a small cone. There was an employee stocking supplies, and she didn't even acknowledge me. I was the only one in the store. I stood there for 5 minutes before someone waited on me. Come on, management.

I honestly think this is the best fast food Burger around. My kids like Wendy's, and my wife likes Carl's jr, but I think Dairy Queen has Better Burgers and better prices.

Simple reason why I'm leaving a 1 star. How come a $3.49 box of regular fries looks like this less than half full and a billion packets of ketchup

Everybody that works there is dazed and confused. Order is almost always either wrong or poorly made. Apparently Jeff Spicoli is the manager there- which explains a lot. Don't waste your time and money.
The burger was not very tasteful. no seasoning. Help was slow.and busy talking to each other rather than assisting customers.

Most inconsistent store they leave core ingredients out of blizzards. October 2nd 930 pm all three blizzards I got were missing items that I found once I got home.Unfortunate. Paid $30.00 for these items

The staff tonight were insanely rude!! The girl at the window was acting very strange and ignoring everything I said so I said "I'm sorry can you hear me?" (I thought she was taking orders on the headset) she snapped at me really aggressive so I asked "Are you ok?" She started screaming and leaning over the window, a male coworker had to come and hold her back like she was in a fight and yelled at me to "please just leave" as I hadn't even received the rest of my order! A third coworker threw it out over their shoulder to me and again the guy holding her back yelled "LEAVE the drive thru!" Like I was doing something to upset this psychotic woman by sitting in my car waiting. I'm still in shock that they acted this way at work. Idk what triggered the girl but something was definitely not right.Attn owner:This happened around 9:20pm, I'd check the cameras to see this in action
