Hello, review is based on the staff....Linda. She was very unwelcoming to not only myself but my student with special needs. She ignored me several times as she walked past me at the register, her tone was dismissive and used sarcastic phrases when talking to us. Does not look at all appetizing. She literally just brought this out.

I went here 2 years ago the staff is very rude and rushes food and also this dq was a hour from my house pls make a dq GRILL AND CHILL near Glendale/burbank I promise I will buy every week anyways pls fulfill my wish the food was good and pls respond and answer

Ice cream and other desserts are good, other food is pretty bad though, really bland and soggy. I can't believe they even call what they have texas toast. The texans would be offended. Just get the dessert, eat food somewhere else. My food also definitely didn't come with the gravy that is being advertised in the ads.

Horrible Experience The guys works with no enthusiasm looks like he hates his job and top of that we have to put the drinks on the cup holders ourselves because they wont do it such a. Shame looks like a good place to eat but the service is not there especially when your a high paying customer came in a 3pm today fyi

The heck can this be called dairy queen and they can't even make a mudd pie? 1st Dairy Queen in 20 years I.have been to in OC that doesnt make it. Sad.

CLEAN THE TABLES AND INSIDE OF YOUR STORE. place is filthy. Always Super long lines. Just order online and come pick it up if you want a blizzard. Do not sit at the tables. They are disgusting...

If you get a large blizzard make sure you check it before you leave. Only had topping on the top.. the bottom was just vanilla. So I got a small blizzard with a bunch of vanilla icecream... disappointing..
