The place is closed for maintenance without updating their business status. Very inconsiderate to customers.

Delight Ice Cream offered a satisfying experience with their Japanese ice cream. However, the cleanliness standards were lacking, as both the toilets and sofas were not up to par. This issue with cleanliness detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit, highlighting a need for improvement in this aspect for a more pleasant customer experience.

3rd and last time coming. If the elder couple are working, it’s wonderful. A snooty bowl haircut dude has a power complex. I was the first to order in my group of 3, knowing exactly what I wanted. I asked to not put my ice cream in a cup and just the fish cone, politely. I was informed, in a sassy tone, “thAts fInE yoU wIlL just hAve to eat it fAsT as it will mELt.”Makes sense. But the order always comes out at the same time, if some thing takes longer, one would normally communicate.TELL ME WHY MY ORDER CAME LAST. AND THE TAIYAKI CAME 20min AFTER THE SOFTSERVE. soft serve took 10min alone.No group ordered before us. Everyone in the shop already had there order. Why was the taiyaki deliberately made after the soft serve. All I would’ve asked is for a little communication. After 15 min, we checked and were told “1 more minute”. And no more explanation was given. Just a giggle of “sorry for the wait”.I don’t understand why it’s such a big deal to ask for the ice cream not in a cup?Otherwise, elder couple is kind. They need to reconsider training staff on communicating expectations.
