Good taste, especially black tea latte, as they use real milk instead of creamers. Remember to collect points after ordering.

I have always loved coming to Ding Tea for a refreshing cold milk tea. However, it seems that the consistency between all locations is different. This location didn't make the best drink because it tasted watered down and too much tea rather than the MILK tea flavor. This is kind of disappointing because usually the drinks don't come out like this but I didn't want them to remake it because last time I did the workers didn't seem to happy and the drink still ended up coming out the same way. I wish all Ding Tea locations were consistent in how the drinks were made! It is a great place to study or hangout though.

Really good Ding Tea location! Their drinks are well-made and the shop looks great after the remodel. We waited less than 10 minutes for our drinks and process was really efficient. I also really appreciate how the worker offered me a stamp card. :) Will definitely be back!

ordered on delivery for this location and just when I placed my order it refreshed the page and it said "cancelled and store is not taking online orders." had to order from a different location

Brooo what happened? Drink has no ice inside... taste was off.. no logo on cup or lid... it looked like it was made in someone's outdoor kitchen. Let's say theyre out of logo cups... ok let us know? But even if they're out of cups, please explain why 2 out of the 3 drinks we usually order (monster and hokkaido MT) taste a bit off.

So pretty inside. They changed the chairs and now the chairs hurt my butt. So we opted for the stools. Kids got lychee and peach slush and I got the peach tea (0 sugar). My drink was sweet enough at 0 % sugar. Fast service.

First visit at this location. 11/13/23 My boyfriend went inside to get me an ice strawberry milk tea, 50% sweet and light ice. It came in the paper cup rather the usual rounded bottom cup I normally get at the Fontana location. I'd have to say the drink was very disappointing. It tasted like cold milk with sugar, but mixed with melted so it wasn't as sweet, yet no taste of strawberry. I always get this specific drink at the Fontana location, and once at the Riverside location, and it certainly did not taste like the one today. I'm pretty disappointed with the drink, so I'm not sure if I'd return. According to the bf, service was good, so I can't personally speak for that from my POV, except the quality of the drink.

I'm a boba drinker. Back before and during covid, we would get 1 a day or 2 drinks a day between the 2 or 3 of us. All the old staff was very consistent when making our drinks for the past 2-3 years. Lately, however, new crew and the drinks weren't good. We stopped going here. Today, since I was nearby, we thought we would give it another try, but nope, still bad. Flavor and what we ordered are not done right. I think this is it for us here. I would rather drive a little further to HB for better flavor.

Never had an issue. Fast service and great quality. Drinks only take a couple of minutes so no issues on waiting. Overall, great place to get boba.

I ordered a ginger milk tea here, and unfortunately, it did not seem as well made compared to at other locations. The service was alright and the drink came out very quickly, almost too quick, which made it seem a bit questionable. Nice to see them decorate for Halloween inside, that being said. However, even after asking for a 75% sweetness reduction, it still felt like there was a TON, almost unorthodox amount of sugar in the drink. And I know a lot of boba spots generally are really sweet, but I still found this unacceptable. Just please beware to adjust your sugar level during your visit, preferably to or lower than 50% if you'd like your drink NOT to taste like Diabetes in a cup smh! Also, the drink tasted out of balance and not homogenized correctly as there were still chunks of ginger inside which would occasionally hit you really strongly.I still enjoy Ding Tea, but this location really does not seem to live up to other locations in terms of quality so I would be very hesitant to come back.

I was really looking forward to indulging in some yummy fruit tea, but was left disappointed. This place didn't exactly hit the spot. I went with their Lychee Green Tea at 50% sweetness. It's pretty hard to mess up this tried and true drink, but they really missed the mark with this one. I couldn't taste any tea flavor at all and it was still insanely sweet despite asking for half sweet. It was basically syrup water... Definitely not their best drink.

I came to this ding tea place a couple of times. I LOVE their winter melon milk tea so much. This is my go to order, and I would try other milk tea flavors they have as well. The service was fast & employees are nice and friendly. Their menu consisted with coffee, fresh teas, flavored teas, lattes, slush, and your own toppings of your choice. The store is clean, nice, and great atmosphere. They have a cute wall background you can take photos of your drinks.

Just your average milk tea place. Got the house black milk tea. A bit sweet and hardly any tea. Taste just like soybean drink. Oh and those stain chairs. How lovely. What a great presentation. Get new chairs mr. Mrs owner /manager

The food was good and my drink was exactly what I ordered although it was a bit too sweet so if you don't have a sweet tooth I would recommend getting your drink half sweet. The staff was very efficient and kind with amazing accuracy. It's a good place to take some pictures with friends if you enjoy simple coffee/tea shops. You should definitely give it a try.

Messed up an order, made my drink a small instead of large. When told, they just put it into a large and put more tea. It basically had zero sugar. How lazy and miserable.
