I went in here last summer to get a breakfast or a drink when I was a volunteer at the annual Strawberry festival. I walked in here and was taken aback by how lovely the interior decorations and designs were. It reminded me of a certain time on my past. Don't know which one, but it was a positive one.

I got a pandan latte, and this was the first time, I had a latte that tasted genuinely good. It was affordable and really good.

This place is a gem, I come here almost every weekend. They toast the bread so it's always crunchy and warm.

Good menu. My breakfast was delicious. The baguettes were fresh, lightly crispy crust, and just right center. This was my first time here. I will be back. The seating area is relaxed and comfortable, with just enough energy so it’s interesting and not boring.

Banh mi here is really good. If you like french baguette, you will love everything at the District 1 Deli. We have tried a few banh mi on the menu, they are all good. Today, we tried the cinnamon toast, and it is phenomenal, so delicious (we ate right away and forgot to take a picture, so I only had a partial photo of the toast). Don't forget to try the awesome coffee there while you visit. Highly recommended!

I think they just opened a month ago or less. The pistachio latte from the espresso bar is awesome and the banh mi is crazy good! I think they may be opening a small brewery place inside as well, which makes sense because it’s such a big space that feels really nice.

Best Banh Mi in town! Açaí bowls aren’t bad as well! Although I would say it takes awhile to receive their açaí or juices.

This place is finally opened. It's a food court style inside a building. You can find different vendors like a juicers, coffee, bakery, and dessert. The place is decorated ok. It's a little small and cramp with no open air as it's inside a building. Not the best environment for me to sit around and hangout. I rather go to Phin or Phuc Long. I was expecting something more innovative or special for D1. Worth a check out. May be more suitable for others.
