Service here sucks. If I was able to give a negative rating I would. Everything i try to speak to them it is like they are doing me a favor. Folks...it's people like me that allow you to work. I'm not asking for much, just be attentive and be problem solvers. Everything cannot always be no.

On 07/10/25 Thursday night closing time , I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and refused to give me a refund. She told me, “That’s how the brown looks,” which didn’t make sense given the issue I raised. She also claimed to be the manager but then told me I should speak to her supervisor if I wanted to complain. That’s contradictory—how can she be the manager and still refer me to a supervisor?

This location sucks!!! Whatever coupons that you see on Domino's website this location will never honor. You will place the order and get to the end of the checkout and then there will be a bait and switch and your order total will be much higher then what the coupon says. This is the only local Domino's location that does this and will never honor any deals that corporate dominos has set forth. Will never go back. I have had it with this location. This location is also always understaffed and the customer service is non-existent.

Went here to grab some food after the festival and they denied us service. Walked all the way over there too.

I walked 15 mins from the festival to this dominos that closes at midnight, I get there at around 9:45 and they proceed to tell my group of 5 that the oven is off and they are closed. Not even there bathroom was open. Terrible experience.

The people you serve are very slow, I waited almost an hour for two pizzas, when they were ready I approached the counter and the main person who served us made me wait longer even though the order was ready. Very bad sevice😤

They make food doesn’t use gloves. The cashier touched the money and machine didn’t wash her hands , then go to made pizza

I did a carry out order and it was pretty easy to get my food. But the pizza was terrible. Barely any cheese and toppings, it wasn't cut well enough so I had to cut it myself at home, and the garlic knots seemed extremely stale.
Placed an online order in the afternoon for a future pickup in the evening (about 2 hours later). Got busy with life and forgot about it because I didn't receive any reminders about it (that was still my fault), but went in to pick it up about 4 hours after the time. The customer service I received was horrible and will make me never go back to this place again. When I got there the assistant manager asked my name which I gave and he said oh we don't have it, then proceeded to continue working and didn't even attempt to lookup my order in the system or offer me any guidance on what to do next.
So I told him I paid for the order already and asked if he could look it up and he just says I already told you we don't have it. Annoyed but trying to remain calm, I asked if I could at least have a refund and he just tells me go do it online. I don't care how busy you were or how bad of a day you were having. There's no excuse to treat a customer like that and you shouldn't be an assistant manager if that's how you treat other customers. Never coming back to this place again.

I tried to have food delivered to my friend and mistyped the address by one number I put a 1 instead of a 2 and the driver called to say that no one was home but I told him that there should be a specific car and a large tree in front. He said that the place only had an a or b address. I told him that was wrong and that maybe it's a different house but he just left the food there anyways. I called the store to see if there was anything they can do and they just told me that I was out of a pizza. I tried to explain that I described the house to the guy but the guy over the phone kept talking over me saying it was my mistake and that there's nothing he can do about it. Going online to get my money back. Horrible service.

Domino's I love you - delicious, easy, cheap enough.
Only complaint, minor, is that you've begun charging for parmesan and red peppers. I understand though, that it's a measure to retain employees as well as a profit. I'd prefer this over raising prices or reducing employees. So I overall approve. Just a sign of the times.
Please don't change Domino's!

Service was the worst the order taker was rude and not taking our order because she had a big order, when she came to the front I asked her a question about a price on the pizza and she told me but didn’t give time to tell her what I wanted and she said tell me when you are ready after that I said 3 times I was ready and she said hold on…so I just walked out without even getting anything.
