I have ordered pizza they put chicken on vegetarian pizza and while I called them they told me they will send replacements pizza. They never sent any pizza and they didn't pick up any phones afterwords. Poor service and worst communication.

Multiple times, I’ve received pickup notifications stating my pizza is ready, only to arrive and find it’s not. Over five separate orders, this location has consistently marked my order as complete prematurely, seemingly to improve internal metrics. This practice reflects a broader trend in the fast-food industry—manipulating order times to meet performance targets at the expense of customer experience.
I ask that the employer implement a solution to ensure order times are accurate and not falsified. At the very least, there should be a proactive system—whether through in-app messaging or direct calls from staff—to notify customers if their order is being remade or delayed.

Just received the worst pan pizza made by a dominos ever. Barely any toppings and they were not even in a rush, it only took 10 minutes for the pizza to be made. It's so bad, im contemplating on doing a charge back on my credit card.

2 recent times that I ordered my cinnamon twist they didn’t give my my icing that goes with them so I had to go back & one other time the delivery driver had to come all the way back just to bring one .

Horrrrrrrrrrrible store. Bad customer service and cannot make order correctly. Ordered a delivery buffalo chicken pizza and pizza arrived with no buffalo sauce. Called about it and they asked that I bring the pizza to the store.Asked for a credit and they pretended to give me a credit. Called the next day and they had no information about the credit anywhere in their system. 00/10.

The Conscientious Critique
3/14 ordered 2 pizzas, like we do almost every week. Car-side pickup. 10 min PAST the order complete, on our way to you. NOPE. Had to go in. No customer service. Waited for a driver to return and help retrieve order. Got home 10 min later and as you can see from photos and video, TRASH! The deep dish was put in as “Bake Well Done”. Was it.. If you consider raw dough that was greasy and nasty, well done, then yes. The thin crust was dry and cold. All of the sausage was in the middle of the pizza. Called store.. No answer. Replied to customer care email asking how was order. Stated how horrible it was. Call, email back? NOTHING. Logged on to site, AGAIN 3/18. Submit complaint. Anything 3/22.. Not a peep! Crickets. With so many other options for actually good pizza.. They lost a weekly customer and have this review to detour good people from eating bad food!!Look at pics and vids. Judge for yourself.
When their pizzas are good they're super good. But unfortunately this site is never consistent. I'm super bummed because I like the idea of the tater tots but they're always soggy in the middle. The cheesy bread has been inconsistent more often than not. And I tried the cheesy bread with a pepperoni in the middle and the pepperoni was not cooked. You're domino's, do better.

Our online order was never delivered. We waited for two hours, finally said it was done and never showed up. Yes we put in our correct address and number. Everytime we tried to call we couldnt get ahold of a real person. Thanks for leaving us with no dinner tonight. From other reviews of this dominos it seems like a total mess.

Twice I’ve gotten the special with 2 two-topping pizzas. Ordered extra pepperoni on both and got scattered pepperoni on both pizzas.This place sucks with that, they’ll be okay on the phone the pizza comes and they screwed you out of the extra you paid for.Ordering pizza is a last second attempt at dinner. I’m not going to wait an hour for my pizza to come corrected and made with anger and I don’t know what else.
