3/14 ordered 2 pizzas, like we do almost every week. Car-side pickup. 10 min PAST the order complete, on our way to you. NOPE. Had to go in. No customer service. Waited for a driver to return and help retrieve order. Got home 10 min later and as you can see from photos and video, TRASH! The deep dish was put in as “Bake Well Done”. Was it.. If you consider raw dough that was greasy and nasty, well done, then yes. The thin crust was dry and cold. All of the sausage was in the middle of the pizza. Called store.. No answer. Replied to customer care email asking how was order. Stated how horrible it was. Call, email back? NOTHING. Logged on to site, AGAIN 3/18. Submit complaint. Anything 3/22.. Not a peep! Crickets. With so many other options for actually good pizza.. They lost a weekly customer and have this review to detour good people from eating bad food!!Look at pics and vids. Judge for yourself.

When their pizzas are good they're super good. But unfortunately this site is never consistent. I'm super bummed because I like the idea of the tater tots but they're always soggy in the middle. The cheesy bread has been inconsistent more often than not. And I tried the cheesy bread with a pepperoni in the middle and the pepperoni was not cooked. You're domino's, do better.

Our online order was never delivered. We waited for two hours, finally said it was done and never showed up. Yes we put in our correct address and number. Everytime we tried to call we couldnt get ahold of a real person. Thanks for leaving us with no dinner tonight. From other reviews of this dominos it seems like a total mess.

Twice I’ve gotten the special with 2 two-topping pizzas. Ordered extra pepperoni on both and got scattered pepperoni on both pizzas.This place sucks with that, they’ll be okay on the phone the pizza comes and they screwed you out of the extra you paid for.Ordering pizza is a last second attempt at dinner. I’m not going to wait an hour for my pizza to come corrected and made with anger and I don’t know what else.

I used the mobile app to purchase my pizzas and when I got there, I was told I needed to wait in line to tell them that I placed a mobile order. It's a bit ridiculous since you have to time yourself in line based on the board saying that the pizzas were baking or ready. By the time I got to the front of the line they told me that it wasn't ready yet and sure enough on the screen it said that my order would be ready in 1 minute. I was then told to get out of line and wait until it says it's ready then I can get back in line again. Probably one of the worst experiences I ever had ordering pizza from a dominos.

My online order was cancelled unexpectedly 25 mins after I placed it. The email said to call the store to see why, which I did, twice. I was on hold the first time for 20 mins and then 15 mins the second and last time before I gave up. Have the decency to pick up and at least tell me why it was cancelled and why 25 mins after placing the order and receiving a confirmation email

Pizza was cold, taste old and just wasn't good!!! They didn't offer plates, and stated that we had to pay for cheese and peppers! Save your money and go somewhere else! Pizza tasted like straight cardboard! Zero stars if I could!

They did a promotion for $2 pizzas and I understand the overwhelming response. However, they left people waiting for 45 minutes or more, so they can just say they weren't gonna honor those pizzas and canceling them. Could have been managed a lot better.
This review is not for anything ordered. My credit card was stolen in May and used at this location. The general manager refused to provide footage to the police since the idiot who used my card picked up the order in store. The general manager may also be an accomplice. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Management at this store is a joke. I ordered food here and my food was made incorrectly. Grace was the cashier working and when I asked for my food to be remade she gave me a completely unnecessary attitude because they were busy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Arturo came out from the back. Apparently he was the gm of the store but seriously had zero customer service skills. I don't have the slightest idea how this idiot even managed to obtain a general manager position. Just goes to show how low of standards dominoes sets for their supervisors. The store was absolutely disgusting and the only table in the store was totally dirty along with the windows of the store. Can't forget the broken ghetto sign out front. Save your time and money and go to another store. If I could give 0 stars I would.
