On Sunday 7/14/2024 I took my mother and brother to El Dorado to eat a Menudo and everything was going well until the waitress decided to go behind him between the table where we were sitting and the cash register. She was carrying plates of food in her hand and because she was squeezing behind him, the waitress dropped the broth of a Menudo onto my brother's back. The waitress, apologizing out of pure laughter, began to clean his shirt with the cloth she uses to clean the tables. They never offered a sincere apology nor did they offer a discount for the inconvenience. We were disappointed.

The food is delicious, but the customer service is very bad, to begin with they ignore you when you enter, then they serve you until they want. There have been several times when I go to look for a specific meal, a meal that they announce is available on Saturday and Sunday and that it is still early, and they don't have it. I call by phone and they don't answer. What a service that is! Your restaurant would be better if you thought a little more about the customer who chose this place to eat.
