I really love the pupusas! They are the best in town!! Im not even playing i tried so many places and this one hits! I read alot of the comments because I seen this restaurant getting bad reviews. 🤣🤣 and to be honest they are not wrong about the Services and the attitude they give you but if ur Raza. You should know how real salvadorian act like this! Its part of who they are! So dont take any offense to it. Just order your food and wait patiently and everything will be good ESPECIALLY THE FOOD🔥🔥 im not even capping! The food is authentic just as the lady's that are making it. So stop yall crying and just go to enjoy the food 🤌🏽🤌🏽

no good customer service rude people on top of them laughing instead of helping you with your order

Food was fast and pretty good. Pupusas had plenty of cheese, toasty, not oily.

Curtido and salsa both needed some salt. Salsa could use a little something for the spice,it had no heat.

Service wasn't horrible, but definitely was not good. Our waitress did not check on us. Other customers were having to stand and go get their own napkins, add ons and even water.

Servers spend a lot of time chit chatting and looking at their phones.

Wanted to try the chicken tamales, but they forgot it from my order.

Overall , could be a lot better. Ok for a quick meal, just not amazing.

Arrived with a party of 9 an hour before they closing time and they had already closed. Verified their operating hours on Google and their signage which indicated 10 pm on a Friday night.

Pupusas are delicious, the waitress doesn't have good customer service. She seems to choose and pick who she wants to be nice to. I won't be returning, management should train her on how to provide proper customer service.

Not coming back. Terrible service and disappointing food.

We visited this pupusería salvadoreña on Sunday evening, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time.

From the moment we arrived, we were met with a rude and unwelcoming attitude. It took about five minutes for a waitress to come to our table, and when she did, she greeted us with cold stares and visible annoyance anytime we asked a question or made a request. The tables were dirty, and we had to ask for them to be cleaned again. Even then, it felt like we were bothering them by simply being there.

We had to repeatedly ask for things like extra cups for our kids, which felt like a major inconvenience to the staff. When my food finally arrived (I ordered the carne encebollada), it was overly greasy, full of fat, and very tough to chew. Definitely not enjoyable.

As if the service and food weren’t bad enough, the music was blasting—to the point where we couldn’t even talk across the table. I politely asked if they could turn the volume down, and while they lowered it slightly, within minutes, one of the speakers suddenly went up so loud it felt like we were in a nightclub. A family sitting near us literally got up and left because of the noise.

When we asked what was going on, we were met with sarcasm and excuses, claiming it was just a machine they couldn’t control. It honestly felt like no one cared. Eventually, after more complaints from other tables, they finally turned it down.

To top it all off, the waitress never came back to check on us—we had to go find her to get our check. When we reviewed it, we noticed overcharges, and had to have her redo it. Later, we read other reviews and saw similar complaints from other customers, which only confirmed our suspicions.

I'm not sure if the owner was present that night, but if I were them, I would seriously look into the staff working Sunday evenings. They're ruining your business.

Between the poor service, bad food, and extremely uncomfortable environment, we won’t be returning.

I recently visited Pupuseria Flor Blanca and was thoroughly disappointed with the service and billing practices.

Customer Service: From the moment we entered, the staff displayed a dismissive attitude. Ordering was a challenge due to their unprofessional demeanor.

Billing Concerns: We ordered 14 pupusas, one carne asada plate, two ensalada drinks, and waters, totaling $133.77. This amount seemed excessive, especially considering the items ordered. Notably, there was no mention of an additional credit card fee, yet we were charged one. Furthermore, we weren't provided with a receipt, and the total on our ticket was altered, raising concerns about transparency.

Ambiance: The music was excessively loud, making it uncomfortable to dine. We observed other patrons leaving due to the noise level.

Food Quality: The food did not meet our expectations and did not represent authentic Salvadoran cuisine.

Conclusion: Given the combination of poor service, questionable billing practices, and subpar food quality, I cannot recommend this establishment. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly.

The music was unbearably loud—so much so that it was nearly impossible to hold a conversation. It felt more like a nightclub than a place to enjoy a meal, and the volume was actually painful to the ears.

As for the food, it was overly greasy and lacked any real flavor. To make matters worse, the salsa they served was clearly spoiled—it had a sour, off taste that made it inedible. Combined with the poor customer service, this place was a total letdown.

There are plenty of great places to get pupusas—this just isn’t one of them. I won't be returning.

The service was very slow, which I would understand if it was busy, however it was not at that time. Our major issue is when it came time to pay the bill, they asked if we were paying cash or card. We said card is fine.

When they brought out our bill, it was higher than originally stated. We asked what was going on, and they said that there was a $10 dollar additional charge to pay with a card! First of all, $10 is just ridiculous. But what made us upset is that they gave us the option and never mentioned an additional charge for paying with card. There is nothing posted stating that anywhere in the restaurant. When we let them know that we wanted to pay cash instead, since they never mentioned anything about such a high $10 dollar charge.

They simply said, that’s just what we charge and since we had said card, there’s nothing they will do. Our frustration is that they never mentioned nor specified ANY Charges were gonna be added. THIS IS A TACTIC THEY USE TO SCAM PEOPLE.

Slow service, no posted signs of any charges for card and a $10 dollar fee is robbery.
