I am visiting from Seattle and visited for my first time, but it won’t be my last! The staff were so incredibly friendly, the food is delicious and the agua fresca is freshly made and just what I needed at the end of a long travel day!! They made me feel so welcomed and I highly recommend! I’m so sad I’m missing Pupusa Day this Sunday ? I ordered the pork and cheese pupusa, conchas, arroz con leche, and strawberry fresca.
I can't rate the food , I just bought tres leches slices and some pan dulce, the bread was perfect but the tres leches was too sweet I do not recommend but if you're a sugar lover you'll be fine , but I'm a baker but because I'm pregnant I'm not baking and I couldn't even finish it it was too sweet.
Hands down one of the best bakery’s that I have been to! Their conchas are definitely one thing that is always on our family party dessert table. We have been ordering from Estrella de Mexicali for the last couple of years and it never disappoints. They offer a variety of other yummy desserts and food as well.
