Hit and miss. The thin crispy batter is great when they don't overcook it. They always seem to be out of something here. The service needs to improvement bottles of soju served open without the cap. When it's good it's spot on a 5* but they are remarkably inconsistent. Hours today were wrong they closed early, thinking the late hours here can't justify the labor costs.

Something’s changed at this location. You can’t buy chicken wings by themselves anymore .. you must buy either the half or whole chicken. And what’s worse is that it’s not sauced. They give you two small sauces to go and expect you to pay for extra sauce and ranch. Definitely not returning.

I drove for more than an hour on the recommendation of a friend and arrived at 9:08 and the employees were inside but they closed the place and turned off the lights. It is disrespectful to their customers to not respect the schedule. This has never happened to me before. I understand that they close at 10, but at 9:08, almost an hour earlier, that is wrong. Disrespectful.

I cannot leave a review glowing enough to do this place justice. Hands down my new favorite local spot. The Dirty Beer Battered Fries with the Fried Egg were intended as a side but quickly took center stage. Perfectly spicy and flavorful. The chicken tenders were huge white meat pieces. The sauces were all amazing but the soy garlic was outstanding. The portions were huge! The two of us each had full size leftovers and then some. And for under $40! The icing on the cake was the excellent service. Alma, our server, was gracious, attentive and answered all our silly questions. The chef, Raul, plated the best meals we have had in quite some time. Please treat yourself to this gem of a local restaurant. Highly recommend! 👌

Best double-fried chicken/ korean-style chicken. Plenty of flavors to choose from. I always get the half & half to get 2 flavors. And it seems also best value for the quality. These come with crispy curly fries. Yum! I cannot recommend more. Hope you enjoy

Waited 20 mins for my to-go order on a Friday night (I was the only one). Very crunchy skin but also kind of dry. Some pieces are over cooked. Probably won't be back for that reason.

Very yummy chicken. My mom's favorite so I get it on the way to her house. She likes the sweet and spicy the best. Her second favorite is the soy garlic. We usually get 20 wings for the 3 of us and we have extras for later. Ample parking. Easy in & out. I call in the order & it's ready in about 20 minutes.

Furai Chicken in Orange County offers a delightful experience for crispy chicken enthusiasts. The chicken soy flavor is a standout, combining savory and tangy notes that make it a favorite among many. I highly recommend trying it.
During my visit around noon, the restaurant wasn't crowded, allowing for a relaxed dining atmosphere. The bright and modern design, complemented by indoor plants in one corner, creates a refreshing and inviting ambiance. Overall, Furai Chicken is a great spot for a flavorful meal in a comfortable setting.

Genuinely enjoyed this spot. Chicken crispy and cooked hot throughout breaded and delicious from first to last bite. The sauces on the sides are a nice touch you can also do the wings with the sauce on top but I have toddlers and that's not gonna work out lol. So we opted for the sauce on the sides , mango habenero and lemon garlic . Staff is pleasant and friendly and the place is clean and has a good vibe.
