I am a regular customer, but after my recent experience, I will not be returning. I saw that I could order takeout through DoorDash and placed an order, which was successfully processed with payment.
When I arrived, the staff informed me that they do not offer takeout. They tried to contact the boss to find a solution, but nothing could be done. This ruined my evening plans and was incredibly frustrating. I'm baffled as to how a business can get listed on a platform like DoorDash without their knowledge, or why they wouldn't have proper information available to customers if they were aware.
Thanks to this unfortunate mix-up, I have found a new place that offers the same quality of food at a reasonable price. It's a shame to lose a loyal customer over such a simple issue, but the experience was so poor that I won't be giving them my business again.

Food was great! But honestly what makes me not want to come back is the terrible service ! I’m not looking for a top notch customer service , but at least show that you care just the bare minimum is all I ask to be honest. Most of the employees have terrible attitude they barely check up on u if you hate your job so much just quit ! Or at least don’t show it. I would love to come back for food but it’s not worth it with the service they provide

The “minimum 2 people for AYCE” policy is a joke! I wanted to try this place but I didn’t have anyone else to come. What is the reason for that rule? Is there a law regarding that? I don’t think so because I’ve been to Gens and I Can Barbecue as a solo diner without issues.
We had my sons graduation dinner here, and the food was 🔥🔥🔥🔥. They have 2 menus to choose from, grade A meats and my favorite, soups 🔥

Love Grams! This is my to go Korean BBQ place. The meat is delicious and well prepared. The service is also good, it can get very busy. I usually go here during the weekdays, and I love it when a specific server is there. He's so cute!!! Just like a Korean pop star!!! 🥰 oh, and the food is amazing! I was introduced to their cold noodles. It pairs perfectly with the meat.

Grams is seriously the best AYCE KBBQ out there, no question. I’ve tried a bunch of different places, but I keep coming back here. The kimchi is super flavorful, the meat is always fresh and delicious, and everything’s just consistently good.
Even compared to the pay-by-plate spots, Grams holds its own and honestly, I think it’s better. Great quality, great variety, and you always leave full and happy. I’m telling you, it’s just that good.

We absolutely enjoyed our very first BBQ experience. We tried a little bit of everything and truly loved everything we tasted. You definitely do not leave here still hungry. I ate more than I ever knew I could. Lol!!

Beware. The meat tasted good and the service was excellent - the bugolgi however had a foul taste and we didn’t eat it. Strangely me and my group experienced severe stomach issues after eating here. Bummer.
This place is Top Tier! There are many KBBQ places in the area, and I would say this one is the best. The quality of the meat is amazing...

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I joined the waitlist as a party of one, excited to try their Korean BBQ. However, they removed me from the waitlist because they only accept parties of two or more. While I understand their desire to prioritize larger groups, this policy feels incredibly inconsiderate to solo diners.
This is the first time I’ve ever been turned away from a restaurant simply because I was dining alone. I’ve never encountered a policy like this anywhere else. Solo diners can still become loyal customers who introduce friends and family to the restaurant, helping to boost business in the long run. I hope the restaurant reconsiders this policy and creates a more welcoming and inclusive dining experience for everyone.

Restaurantji Recommends
They put exorbitant amount of sugar in ALL things. Meats and side dishes. Grill chars up when you grill non marinated meat lol
Hip/trendy place for younger customers. Great value, but dirty place.

They close at 12 and have last call for orders at 11? Even with these rules when the restaurant was nearly empty they still took forever to seats like they’re trying to give us minimal time to order ON PURPOSE. In conclusion the service here is outrageous and I don’t recommend coming here expecting the workers to treat u nicely and with a sense of urgency.

Food: Brisket is fresh and tasty. No chicken options. Menu complicated to understand
Cool that they offer cilantro and salad
Service: pretty attentive and friendly. They serve very little meat in each round.
Restaurant: very crowded, extremely uncomfortable to sit around and relax.
4 stars goes for the meat quality
