This is a traditional Vietnamese bar & grill place (Quan Nhau). It has a lively atmosphere. Seems to be popular with the older folks compared to other places. Having said that, the service and food are great! Just be ready for the bad, loud karaoke singing and smoking. Not a family hangout.

All the customers were smoking while they were eating. I asked the waitress and she said well they started selling Vietnamese food before the cigarette ban went into effect. It smelled horrible in there I couldn’t eat there. It’s against the law.
