Dirty area rude owner i believe and it feels like your life is on the line going here at night. Avoid at all costs. Theres better happy lemons in better areas else where.
Bubble waffle was soooo good! They’re made to order. I let mine cool down until it was room temp and it was so chewy and sweet. The drink was also very sweet, so I would personally ask for 50% sugar next time. Definitely coming back!

I waited with my children we counted the people in line, we were #37,38 39& #40 .They were not going by people in line but by orders to receive the FREE tote bag. Messed up.. not worth it.. the best one of the ones we got was the matcha mango smoothie.. but no.

First time ever been here. I love the lovely decorations for Valentines coming. I got B2 Fresh Lemon Black Tea with Mango Boba and Lychee Jello, highly recommend for this drink if you are tired of milky/creamy boba. Service is friendly and patient!
