This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I constantly return again and again. The crew is very friendly and the cuisine they offer is so fresh and tasty. I never miss an opportunity to have a good dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

The food was great and the service was excellent! They made my baby's 4th birthday extra special by singing happy birthday and giving her a stuffed animal. Super grateful!

They have great food, service and very friendly. They also sang Happy Birthday to my Grandson! I will travel 18 miles to eat their again!

Worst food I've had in a long time.... everything over cooked or under cooked ...most of the entrees were empty or reheated and dry. Used to be a good place to eat. The only thing good was the ice cream.

I don't think it is worth the price. I ate a small spinach salad followed with a small steak (very tough & dry) with a scoop of potatoes and gravy. I never get my money's worth at an "all you can eat" buffet. My husband is older & never eats a full plate. This would benefit someone with a big appetite. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, seat covers & needed cleaning. When I told the cashier about the bathroom, she paged someone to take care of it.

nice experience. delicious chicken. could do w out the balloon animal guy but I don't have kids.. not my favorite area but not th restaurants fault. may try breakfast but got some hometown outta my system for a while

I come here often with my family. The food is always good and they have a pretty diverse selection so there's always something for everyone. The seating is nice and the tables are always kept clean so personal hygiene isn't an issue. The place is always relatively busy so it's great for family settings if you're okay with a little bit of noise.

Employees were hard at work, everybody was being seated in a timely manner, all friendly and courteous, manager rolling out thanksgiving boxed meal courteous and friendly.

My brother came in earlier and paid but did not say there are two seniors in our party. Later we explained it to the manager but she refused to refund and said next time. Why next time? There is no next time....

It has been years since we last ate at the Hometown Buffet. And it was in Corona and it turned out that the one in Mission Viejo was closed. So this time we tried the one at Garden Grove. And it turns out it still tastes good, the service is also friendly. there are still many menus, unfortunately I came the omelette service is closed, so I can't try it.
